Content Restrictions

OhCleo is a platform that welcomes open-minded exploration; however, we don't allow content that violates our policies. The following categories are not allowed on OhCleo:

  • Illegal content such as drug use, bestiality, necrophilia or sexual activity with minors.
  • Content that uses others’ intellectual property, unless you have written permission, or your use is protected by fair use.
  • Pornography, nudity or offering sexual services is not allowed on OhCleo. We define pornography as, “real people engaging in real sexual acts such as sexual intercourse on camera.”
  • Encouragement to break the law.
  • Using OhCleo’s payment system to finance escort activity.
  • Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, such as suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.

If the Terms and Conditions are violated, a member from OhCleo will contact the creator to let them know that they are outside these guidelines. In certain cases, the content or profile will be removed.

OhCleo is an audio erotica app and, as such, all content is considered adult. Users must register an account and log in to consume any kind of content. Creators must confirm they are over the age of eighteen. Creators are not allowed to publish content featuring performers who are under the age of eighteen. Creating and publishing adult content on OhCleo featuring minors goes against our Terms and Conditions. We have zero tolerance when it comes to child exploitation. This includes grooming of minors.

We ask that all creators keep the public spaces on their pages (profile pictures, membership tier descriptions, page banners, etc.) appropriate for all audiences. Explicit language should not be used in written form anywhere on the platform. Titles, episode descriptions and captions need to be appropriate for all audiences. We ask that all creators censor their written language by replacing explicit words due to censorship from outsider parties.

We encourage creators to reserve the more explicit, adult themes for subscription-only posts.

Spamming

Although we encourage self-promotion and keeping your account active, we do not encourage spam behavior. An example of this would be repetitive comments, mass-DM outreach, promoting your own page on other creators’ posts, irrelevant tagging to drive more traffic to your own profile, or using OhCleo to link to malware.

Bullying, threats or harassment

Expressing one’s opinion in a way that doesn’t threaten another person is welcome at OhCleo. We wish to keep OhCleo an open community for discussion and personal expression. However, bullying, harassment, and threats are not welcome at OhCleo and we appreciate the reporting of all such material. This includes hate speech directed to an individual or group based on their sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, gender identity or disability.

That said, while you may not necessarily agree with someone’s point of view, it may not be a violation of our Community Guidelines. If you come across content that you deem inappropriate or offensive, please report such content for the OhCleo team to review.

Any creator or user harassing or threatening the well-being or safety of an individual or group of people will be removed. If you are a victim of threats or harassment and feel that your physical safety is at risk, we suggest you report the behavior to us as well as contact your local law enforcement.

Reported content and repercussions

OhCleo aims to be a safe space for exploration and expression, and these community guidelines offer a framework for that vision. We ask that all users and creators treat each other with respect and patience towards each other’s differences. OhCleo is a platform of diversity and we do not welcome disrespectful or offensive communication

We recognize that the process of content creation isn’t black and white, and we welcome discussions regarding how your creative freedom can fit within these terms and conditions. We understand that creators have to push boundaries to make arousing content, so we don’t review your work with a rigid set of rules.

Certain content that clearly violates our Terms and Conditions will be removed from the platform. In these cases, we aim to educate creators on our rules in order to help them understand how our Terms and Conditions have been violated and how to remedy the issue. We will always review your work within its context.

We recognize that many creators depend on the financial support of their content creation. For this reason, we aim to make these decisions as fair as possible. We always want creators to feel like they have an open line of communication with the OhCleo team.
