It took you some more time to figure it out. I didn't propose earlier than that because I knew you wouldn't go for it. If I could have proposed two weeks in, people would have called me crazy.

You remember that? And she was right. I mean, not about the going out part, but we were perfect for each other, and we still are.

But at the end of the day, the one I want to be with, the one I want to have in my arms, the one I want to share my thoughts and my feelings and my concerns and my triumphs and everything about my life, the one I want to share it with is you. The one I want to lift up and support and hold close, the one who I want to serve for the rest of my life, the one who I trust to carry and help me raise our children, that's you. My darling, you have never, ever been more beautiful to me than you are now.

I fall in love with you more every single day, and that's always been true. But this, between us, what we're doing, bringing this new little life into the world, it's meaningful in a way that I'd never imagined I would feel. I love you.
