Yeah so whatever reason she never actually got back to me so that was why I had to call her again but got it all written out now so it's good babe hello hi gorgeous where'd you go there come back to me you seem quite lost in your thoughts I was talking to you when you didn't respond I looked over and you just looked like you were a million miles away everything all right all right you're frowning now what's going on everything with me with the world trying to solve the world's problems again are we what's wrong what's really got you so upset everything right now is upsetting you in what way like do you feel like it you sort of can't do anything right like that oh baby oh okay okay I've got you let it out I've got you it's okay no don't be sorry ever just let it out it's always better to let it out you have nothing to be embarrassed about I love you so much exactly as you are just you all of you even when you're a blubbering mess you're not a blubbering mess you should look gorgeous when you cry how do you do that you are amazing and I think sometimes you forget how capable and amazing you actually are like I see you try so hard to try to be who everyone else wants you to be when you just you are already more than enough to everyone anyone work school friends family you don't ever have to be more than you are or someone you're not just please everyone else it's not good for you because the more you do it the more you lose the connection to who you actually are you know to who you love and to who you love being and that just leads to feeling overwhelmed and lost and like crying yeah we get overwhelmed and sad because we can't actually remember what makes us happy anymore I can't even see through it there's just so much clutter so much stuff that we've let all these people put in front of us almost like we've invited it you know does that make any sense you just need to take a breath and remember what makes you happy because you are so incredible yes you are just listen please I'm not saying this to make you feel better I'm saying it because it's the truth and because you the real you it's the person that I fell in love with the person that's sitting right here and you are so worthy of everything good that there is just by being you be you because actually in this moment you are perfect to me at least because you're being honest with yourself you're letting it out and you're being honest with me of course baby you are amazing and I love you so much your gorgeous heart your beautiful spirit all of that gorgeousness on the inside matches that on the outside you are so good just as you are you don't have to be anything different for anyone else I mean if there's something about you that you want to work on of course yeah do that but do that for you not for me not for anyone else just you if you want to do something that makes someone else happy then yeah go for it run with it do it because it's something you want to do because it makes you happy as well allow yourself to make yourself happy of course you make me happy oh my gosh of course but part to that happiness is you being truthful and honest with yourself and authentic to who you really are beautiful sexy person sitting here in front of me doing what makes you happy that that is everything to me that's what matters most being as good to yourself as you are to everybody else including me yes really I need you to remember this next time you're feeling overwhelmed or less than if I'm with you in that moment I will remind you with a thousand kisses and I will tell you over and over how amazing you are but for whatever reason I'm not there in that moment just remember you are amazing yes say it I am amazing say it come on I am amazing hmm yes you are truly hmm and now say I know I am good enough always yes come on oh okay I can barely hear that try it again one more time louder I am more than enough always yes yes yes yes yes you are always baby always I love you all of you just as you are.
