Take a moment to notice your surroundings and get comfortable. Sit in a comfortable chair or lay down. Concentrate on my voice as you notice your body start to feel light, comfortable, and at peace.
Take a moment to notice your breathing. Take a deep breath in through your nose. While you breathe in, place a hand on your stomach and notice it rise as your diaphragm fills with air.
Breathe out slowly through your mouth and control the release of air. With every breath, let your surroundings fall away. Breathe in peace and love and breathe out your stress.
Breathe in beauty and breathe out your pain. Take a few more breaths. This is your time, time for you to appreciate just being.
As you breathe, remember you are beautiful, you are powerful, you are enough. On your next breath, notice the top of your head. As you breathe out, release any stress that is located there.
Moving down into your forehead, breathe in and breathe out. Feeling your worries relax away as your eyebrows grow loose and heavy. On your next breath, notice your eyes.
If you haven't already, close them. Breathe out and relish this time just for you. Notice your lips and cheeks on your next breath.
Let your mouth fall loosely open. Take a few breaths here and remember you are beautiful, you are powerful, you are enough. Breathe in your beauty, breathe out your pain.
Breathe in your power, release your stress. You are beautiful, you are powerful, you are enough. On your next few breaths, notice your neck and shoulders.
Hold your shoulders as you notice the stress you carry here. As women, we often shoulder burdens, our burdens and those of others. For a few moments, let them go.
Breathe in and as you breathe out, let go. Let your shoulders relax and become light. This is your time, your time to focus on you.
For no one else, this time is for you. Breathe in and let it all go, if only for a moment. Moving down now to your chest.
Breathe in and feel the refreshing air filling your lungs, nourishing your heart. Your heart that is full of love, love for others and for yourself. Focus on that love for yourself.

Wiggle your fingers and then relax your hands. Appreciate their power and release any stress in every finger. As you inhale again, feel the warmth and relaxation move into your legs.
Feel your muscles let go. Your legs support you and move you. Feel the tension from life's every moment let go.
Let your legs sink into the chair or bed. Let them rest as you rest your mind. With your next breath, wiggle your toes.
Notice the stress you carry from your everyday tasks, walks, maybe jogs and runs. Breathe in and let it go. Your whole body should feel relaxed, weightless and at ease.
If you notice thoughts or tension, just release them as you take a few more moments of you time. This is your time. Time to focus on your relaxation, your beauty, your power.
Let your worries and tension go. Breathe in and release the stress down every part of your body. Sit here for a few moments and remember.

You are enough. Now that your body is fully relaxed, I want you to picture that you are outside. The weather is perfect, not too hot or too cold.
The sky is perfectly blue with enough clouds that the sunlight is filtered. You feel the warmth on your body bringing your relaxation deeper. As you breathe in, you smell the fresh air.
Below your feet is cool grass and you can feel it between your toes. You see a path before you and you begin to walk along the path. Breathe in and hear the sound of a slight breeze as you begin walking.
Breathe out and continue to follow the path. Breathe in and out as you walk down the path. You see that the path leads to a garden.
You breathe in and smell the sweet smells of your favorite flowers. The garden is walled, ivy growing amongst the beautiful blooms. You enter the garden under a trellis of flowers.
Inside the garden are rose bushes of every color. You walk over to the roses of your favorite color, lean over and smell their light scent. Breathe in their aroma and breathe out your stress.
You begin to hear the waves of the ocean beyond the garden and move toward the sound. You walk along the path and hear the crashing of waves. Breathe in and smell the salty ocean, enjoy the fresh air.
Enjoy the smell and the sound of the waves crashing in the distance. You see before you a stone staircase leading down a hill to the beautiful beach. Each step perfectly smooth, waiting for you.
As you walk up to the staircase, you will go down each step and double your relaxation and reaffirm your beauty and power. Stand at the top of the staircase. Take a deep breath and remember, you are beautiful.
You are powerful. You are enough. Take the first step down and notice your body get heavier.
