Well, it is great to see you. Now, how have you been doing these past couple of weeks? And has anything new been happening? Anything that you'd like to discuss? Well, there must be something that's been happening.

Are you sure you just don't want to talk about it? Well, that is the entire reason why we are here, okay? I'm your therapist.

I'm here to help you. I'm here to aid you in any way that I can. But, in order for me to be able to do that, I need to hear from you.

I need to hear about what you think the problem might be, or what might be bothering you, or what's going well. It can be either or, or both, or none. But we do need to talk.

That's how this works. From what I can tell, there might be something really bothering you that you don't even know. So what I want you to do right now is, have you had any low days? Any days where you felt horrible? Where you didn't feel like you wanted to do anything that day? Uh-huh.

I don't know. Tell me more about that. I don't know.

Tell me more about that. And how did you feel that day? How did you truly feel? What was going through your mind in these couple of days that you're talking about? Okay, okay.

Now, do you feel that those days you were feeling health-wise differently, or was it all just mental? You know, did you feel that maybe there was something physical that was attributing to you feeling this way, or was it all just in your head? Be as specific as you can.

It's very important. And be truthful. If you truly feel that it was just physical, then it was.

If you truly feel that it was just in your head, then that's how it is. Your truth is your truth. I'm only here as an observer and trying to help you discover and understand what that meant.

So, where do you think was it coming from? Keep going. No, you're doing completely fine.

You're doing completely fine. Keep going. It's okay.

I'm listening. I'm listening. All right.

Now, because everything you're talking about, everything you're saying these days where you have fluctuations, where you do feel all right, you feel very happy, but then there are other days when you feel like doing nothing at all. And you think that it all comes from your mind. Well, truthfully, it could be stress-related.

You have to deal with a lot of things. And we have to see that it doesn't always have to be physical in order for you to feel tired. You see, your mind is the most important thing that you have to be vigilant about.

People always want to say that physical health is important. Well, mental health is just or more important. If mentally you are not strong or you are not okay, you cannot really function in a physical manner correctly.

Does that make sense? Right. In other words, a computer can be built perfectly.

The hardware, the disks, the screen, everything could be fine. But if the software, if the wires are not working, if they're cut or damaged, then the computer can't function at all, can it? Right.

So what I mean by all of this is we need to make sure that you mentally are okay. Everyone in that manner, but right now you are the focus. And we need to make sure that you are ready to function that way.

Okay? Now, I have another question and then I'll give you my thoughts. When you have these low days that you think you have every once in a while, the really bad ones, not the ones that are, eh, kind of bad, but the truly awful ones, the ones that make you dread the day, that make you not want to do anything at all.

Are there any thoughts that come around your mind all at once and that repeat themselves? Do you think about your relationship with your parents? Do you think about your career? Do you think about your physical state, your image and how you feel about it? What are the things that keep occurring in your mind? They keep happening.

What are they? And they don't have to be very specific, by the way. It could just be a second thought.

It could be one second or a millisecond. But what are they? What are the ones that repeat themselves? Yeah, yeah, go ahead.

Yes. Whatever it might be. All right.

Okay, look. I want you to truly listen to what I have to say. I want you to truly listen to what I have to say.

You might not enjoy it, but it will help. From what you're telling me, these things, the things that repeat themselves, I don't know if you've noticed, but they seem to be the things that we talk about a lot. And they're the issues that we wanted to work on.

Remember, not issues. We don't like to use that word. I apologize.

But it's just the things that are bothering you. Things that are breaking your spirit in a way. That they're just being an annoyance to your spirit, to your mind.

What I want you to do from now on is whenever these days occur, I need you to sit down. I need you to grab a pen. I need you to grab a paper.

And I want you to just write. I do not want you to think about punctuation. I don't want you to think about it making sense.

Whatever you are thinking about, you write it. That's all. Don't think too much.

Just write. Whatever comes out of your pencil is perfectly fine. I want you to write as much as you can until you can't write anymore.

If it takes five minutes, great. If it takes ten minutes, great. If it takes half an hour, do it.

But I want you to write as much as you can. When you're done, I want you to not read what you wrote. I don't want you to read it.

I want you to crumple up the paper, throw it away, go have a water, breathe, and then just see how you feel afterwards. I would like you to do this multiple times. Whenever it occurs to you, do it.

When you come back, we're going to discuss how you felt about that and how you felt afterwards. Okay? Try to only think about how you're feeling.

That's all. But everything else, write, write, write. Just let it all flow out.

Okay? Now, we still have about 20 to 30 more minutes for this session. Let's take just a little break.

I want you to go use the bathroom if you need to. I'll get you a water. But when we come back, we'll just do some exercises.

Breathing exercises. Okay? Alright, great.

Okay. I'll be right here. I'll get you that water.

Alright? Okay.
