This is your time, your time to become healthier and more relaxed mentally and physically, happier, allow yourself to feel more love. I'm here for you, I've got you. So let's start with taking a deep breath in, and exhale slowly and completely.
And another deep breath in, and release, completely emptying those lungs. And one last time, deep breath in, really feel your stomach inflate. And exhale, completely pushing out all that air, getting your belly as flat as you can.
