Hey, so I keep hearing that you're having a lot of trouble going to sleep, that you're having a lot of trouble going to sleep, and I'm here to help with that, okay? I want you to sleep, I know what it's fucking like not to be able to sleep, I hate it, and I'm here to help you, okay? So I want you to listen to me, because if you do, I'll be able to help you, and you'll be able to go to sleep, and that way, I'll be the only one that can't sleep, but you will be able to sleep, how's that for a sweet deal, at least for you it is, alright?
Now, I want you to just lay down if you haven't, make sure that you turn off all the lights, and I want you to just close your eyes, alright, okay? Now for the next step, I want you to breathe, breathing is the most important thing when trying to go to sleep, it's the only thing that I've noticed helps sometimes. But it does take a little bit of practice, because you get easily distracted, the brain gets easily distracted with anything, so you need to close your eyes, just close them, and then I want you to breathe in, and then breathe out, I'll do it again, breathe in, and breathe out, breathe in, and breathe out, breathe in, and breathe out, breathe in, and breathe out.
Okay, now, I want you to keep doing that, and while you do that, I'm just going to do a little bit of whispering, very softly. I want you to listen to every single thing that I say. More of the sounds, not really what I'm talking about.
Hopefully, these little sounds take your mind off of not being able to sleep, and it helps you relax, and helps soothe you into a sleep. So keep breathing, breathe in, and breathe out, breathe in, and breathe out. Keep going, and all I'm going to tell you is that you are a beautiful person.
You're a beautiful person. You deserve many great things, and you will receive them. I'm manifesting that for you right now.
I'm manifesting every good thing that you want, and that you don't even know about, that is going to happen to you. It will, and you're going to be okay, and all the bad things that you don't like, they're going to go away. They are going to go away, because they will make a new place for the good things.
That way, when all the bad things are gone, they'll be replaced with good ones, and it'll feel like your entire world changed overnight, because you deserve that. You deserve to sleep, and sleep very calmly. A sleep that when you wake up, you actually feel rested.
Because many times when we go to sleep, we try to feel rested in the morning, but we wake up even more tired, and that's because we don't let go. I need you to let go of all that stress. I need you to let go of all of that.
Let go of all of that, and keep breathing, and feeling happy, because all the bad things are going to go away, and they're going to be replaced with all of the good things. And after all of this is over, you're going to keep sleeping every single night. You will learn the way of sleeping soothingly, very nicely.
Sleeping, and actually feeling rested. Feeling like you can take on the world. Keep going.
