Stress is something very serious, let me help...
So I know for a fact that you are stressing out and I know that there's something in particular that is stressing you out a lot. It doesn't have to be one thing. It doesn't even have to be something very important.
All I know is that you are stressing out and you don't deserve that. You don't deserve that at all. So let me help you.
Let me bring about some guidance to help you relieve that stress. Because the reality is that you know for a fact that you don't deserve that stress either. But stress unfortunately will always be there.
You can't do anything about the fact that stress will always be a part of your life. And just because you have stress in your life does not mean that your life is not a happy life. You could be doing a job that you hate and already the fact that you despise this job makes it stressful.
That type of negative stress is already something that exists. But that does not mean that if you move to doing something that you will love there won't also be stress. What I mean by this is stress is always among us.
It will always be an existing part of life. And you just need to learn how to de-stress. How to deal with this stress.
Now it might be that you have kids. It might be that you are in a very stressful environment in your job. It might be studies.
It might be something as simple as trying to get rid of that last pound of fat that's driving you crazy. The first step to understanding this is realizing that stress is nothing more than things bothering you because you do not know how to deal with them properly or you are not dealing with them at all. You are simply pushing them down away into you.
These things build up over time and time and time. They build, build and build until you can no longer deal with them. That unfortunately is when breakdowns occur.
We never want to get to that. We never want to get to an episode. And no, you do not have to have mental illness to go through a breakdown.
It can happen to you and you need to be aware of this. That is why stress relief is so important. Let's begin with something that's very important.
Truly, I want you to think about the things that bring stress into your life. Everything, every single thing that makes you stressed out. And I want you to ask yourself, is this stress that I'm carrying, is it worth it? Is this thing that I'm stressing over, is it worth it? Does it deserve that attention? Does it really deserve for me to feel this way about it all the time? And I need you to be real.
I need you to really consider these things. Is it really worth it for me to stress about somebody's opinion? Is it really worth it for me to stress about something that I could change but I decide not to because I put all these excuses?
Me, myself, and I, we are the ones that are making a wall for ourselves and saying, oh I can't get there because there's a wall. You have to hold yourself accountable. It's very difficult to do so.
It hurts because we can't really seem to believe that it's us, sometimes. In other cases, what I'm trying to get at is that the stress that you are so, so packed with, that it keeps pushing on you, pushing on you, until you can't deal with it anymore. It's not real.
It's stress that society has put on you to stress about that one thing, but in reality it doesn't matter. It's not worth stressing over. This is a very complex and very personal question that you have to ask yourself.
Later on, what you should do is grab a piece of paper and write everything that stresses you out. And I want you to be real with yourself. I want you to look in.
Is this worth the stress? Am I making this stress? Am I making it bigger than what it needs to be? You will soon find that there are many things that you can actually control because remember, there will always be stress, but you can decide how to deal with that stress, if to let it bother you.
Will I let it bother me? Will I do what I need to do to change that stress into something positive? And it's difficult, I know.
I know for a fact that it's very difficult to understand and to deal with that part of yourself that you don't want to deal with, but you must. You must do it for you and most importantly for future you. The steps you take today will lead you to the place that you will be tomorrow and the day after and the day after.
So make sure that you're taking the right steps today or that you're even taking steps at all. That is how important this is. Now, I need you to listen to this again and I need you to really pay attention to everything that I said because I want you to be stress free.
I want you to channel that stress into something good. I want you to realize that there is stress that doesn't need to be there and the stress that is there and that is inevitable, you can deal with it. You can grab it by its throat and say you won't bother me anymore because I get to decide what bothers me and what should be causing me worry.
What's really important and what I need to focus on in order to improve my life and the life of those around me. You have the power. You truly do.
So re-listen to this and remember that you are okay and you will be. You are capable of so much. It'll be alright.
