I command that you take a moment and relax...
No. You're gonna shut up. You're going to sit down or lay down and you are going to listen to me.
You must relax. I don't care what other things you have to do. I don't care if you're busy.
You're gonna take this moment for a break because you need it and because you deserve it. So I'm gonna give you a moment to put everything down. Go to your bed.
Lay down. Close your eyes and just relax. Alright, now that you're set up, now that you're laying down or sitting down, you can begin to relax, to take a moment for yourself, a moment that you most deservingly need.
I want you to start off by closing your eyes. Just close them and hopefully you're laying down because this is very important for the next part. I want you to picture yourself alone, either on a lake or on a hammock, preferably in a boat, just laying in the middle of it.
You can feel the waves, the light ripple in the water moving the boat and it's peaceful. The sun is hitting your skin and you're absorbing it. It's all very nice.
There is no sound but a light breeze that moves you and the boat. If you're on a hammock then you are in the middle of a field, peaceful, serene. A very delicate smell of flowers hits your nose as if they had all just bloomed that very moment.
You can feel your heartbeat by how serene the environment is. You feel everything, the slightest breeze, the smallest leaf falling. You feel it all but at the same time you do not because you are at peace.
Nothing is bothering you, nothing can bother you in this moment. You feel the power of being in control, of being at peace inside, understanding that there are things that you cannot control and the things that you can control you will. Whatever that may be in your life, it will be alright.
You will let the things be that must be and you will control the things that you can. Whatever doubt, whatever grief, whatever stress or hatred that you have within you is gone and the breaths that you take, every single thing that bothers you is no longer there. It has no place inside of you.
It does not control you. You understand that there are things you can control but the things that you cannot, they will not control you. You will not allow them to.
In these moments your inner peace is becoming stronger. It has understood that it can thrive if you allow it to and that all the things that you are worried about, they can be washed away with breath. You can push them away from you.
You can negate them for it makes no sense for you to worry about things that you cannot control. You believe this, you accept this and you are better off acknowledging this and understanding it fully. Now continue to be in your place of peace for as long as you need.
Remember the things outside in the world, the circumstances, they will always be there but you, you will not and you need to take care of your mind, of your soul. It is the most important thing to take care of and only you can do it for yourself, no one else will. So stay in this place for as long as you need and whenever you feel satisfied with the peace, with your quality of time, then you can go back to doing what you must.
You can go back to resuming your day. I cherish you and as a friend I hope that you receive what you are owed and what you deserve. I truly hope that the rest of your day is filled with nothing but beautiful moments and peace.
