I can see. You might have been thinking that you've been hiding it well, but you're not. Grabbing your phone.

Your face just lights up when you open it up. Looking around nervously, wondering if anybody's noticing. Everybody else around you is working hard.

But I've noticed. You know, it didn't really bother me right away. No, I checked into your productivity and everything was still going all right, but the constant distraction is, well, it's a little frustrating on my end, to be honest.

I expect that you can manage, you know, a little bit of personal life throughout the day. That's understandable and normal, but you are constantly distracted. What I'm wondering is, what's going on on your phone that's got you so distracted? Would you care to share with me? I mean, it's happening on company time.

I still have people I need to answer to. So it is important that you are focused and getting your work done when you're here. I'm just not sure how you're getting everything done when you're constantly looking at your phone with that little smirk on your face, shifting uncomfortably in your seat.

What is going on? Do you have a new girlfriend? Don't get me wrong.

I can understand the fun of a new relationship. What is it? I mean, I'm not trying to bully you.

I'm worried about your position in this company. You're so distracted. I don't want to see you lose your job over something like this.

And what is it that she tempts you with all day? What's got you so, so interested?
