Meowing at the faucet. So I don't think he's stressed at all. That's his normal routine.

Going to the bathtub faucet and meowing, hoping that some water is going to come out, even though the little shit has plenty of water in a water fountain. Ah. You know, I heard that it's not good, though, to turn on water or try to take a shower during a big thunderstorm.

Because lightning could hit one of the pipes or close to the pipes. Don't know which one it is, but apparently if lightning hits close or hits the house, it could electrify the water or something like that. And so it sounds like it's pretty dangerous to do that during a storm.

But I don't think we have to worry. My pipes are under the ground, so I don't think there's a single chance at all of that happening. Although I still am a little concerned anyway, because this is something I didn't know about before.

Ooh, they like to sneak up on me, don't they? Yeah. Even though I think it's safe to do so here, I'm still a little paranoid.

I'd be thinking about it the whole time I'm taking a shower, like, am I safe? Will I get fucking electrocuted? Getting electrocuted? I don't know.

But luckily there is going to be a break, so when we have to get up, we'll have our opportunity to take a shower. Then I'll make you breakfast, baby. Let's just enjoy the thunderstorm for a little bit longer, okay? Okay.

There's this show I used to watch. Fuck, I can't even remember the name, but it started with an M. It was like a detective show.

His name started with an M. And. ..

I think he was like a germophobe. He's definitely a germophobe. I remember that pretty well.

No, it was not Morty. Mr. Monk! That was it.

That was the show. His name was Mr. Monk.

I'm pretty sure. Anyway. ..

Yeah, he was a big germophobe, and for whatever reason, I think him being a massive germophobe also led him to being a great detective. Or, I don't know, there was a reason he was a great detective, but it was a fun show to watch. And he would always say that.

.. I don't know if it was revolving around being a germophobe, or if that was just a secondary thing. It was just a quirk.

But he would always say it was like a gift and a curse. It's a gift. ..

and a curse. He didn't say it like that, but he's much more goofy, I think. Yeah, it made me think of that when I said that.

I think the storm is moving away. Finally. Oh, man.

I'm just now thinking that the next round of storms I'm probably going to have to fucking drive through to get to work. Oh, baby. I wish I could just stay in your arms all day.

But it's going to be like another short burst. Like, probably 30 to 45 minutes of rain, and then it will be over again. Hmm.
