Get comfortable, stretch out, relax everything below your knees, relax your calves, relax your ankles, relax your feet, and relax your toes, relax your thighs, and relax your waist, relax your chest as much as you are able to. Take a nice deep breath for me and clear your mind just a little bit. Feel me pulling you closer.

Relax all the little muscles around your eyelids. Feel your eyelids getting nice and loose, nice and heavy, nice and smooth. In a moment, I'm going to ask you to open your eyes.

When I do, your eyelids will be so heavy, they'll just barely open. When I ask you to close them again, you'll be on the last level of trance you were at the last time you were hypnotized. Because let's be honest, you've been hypnotized a lot.

So open your eyes. Now close your eyes. Now I want you to picture in your mind's eye a chalkboard.

It could be green, it could be blue, it could be black, it could be whatever color you want it to be. I just want you to go ahead and create that chalkboard. Good.

Now on this chalkboard, I've written the alphabet. You see it. And you know with each letter you erase you will further and further into trance.

So pick up the eraser and begin erasing now. P-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z Very good, subconscious mind. Look deeper under my spell.

Watch my hips as I sway back and forth. Unlocking the safe of your mind. You have no secrets that I cannot steal.

Click, click, click. Open your mind so that I can reach inside. Pulling out your deepest, deeper, deeper, deeper, your deepest secrets.

Watch my smile, the Tessier grin. You know what I want, what I need, what you have. Give it to me.
