Namaste, I'm Nautica, and I'm going to guide you through a tantra meditation and astral projection designed to help you tap into expanded states of consciousness and energy sources provided by the universe. And to utilize that energy within your own being to create and experience beyond the normal limits of your physical body. There is no pressure.
There are no expectations. Just let things happen as that will guide you to what you need at this time. Allow whatever happens to flow with ease.
And you may notice that each time you do this, what you need may change. So just relax and allow things to happen and trust that it is known what you need and you will be provided for. Allowing your body to deeply rest.
Rest. So still. Your nervous system unwinding, going into a deep state of rest, and soften the muscle of the mind, almost like you are opening a fist.
Find a comfortable, safe place. A private place where you can completely let yourself go. Stretch out on your back in that safe nest.
With your legs separated so that no part of your calves or your thighs are touching. Keep your feet separated at least about 10 inches or so. Your limbs are loose and limp.
Your arms extended out, stretched out like wings alongside your body. Your palms facing up to the sky. And your fingers outstretched.
There is a lot of power in this pose. That's it. Now take a deep, letting go breath.
Deep, letting go breath. Like that. Let it all go.
Now continue to take deep, letting go breaths. Let go of everything. Make yourself light.
It feels so good to be light. It feels so good to be free. You don't need thoughts or stress or worry.
No anxiety. You just need to be light so you can be free. Feel the surface beneath you.
It's cushy, yet solid. And it's safe. And you are very protected.
Sink down into that surface. Feel it. We are going on a journey and you are going to be light and free.
But you know that surface is always there protecting you. So remove yourself from the world. It's time to begin our journey.
Let's release the weight of the world. The heaviness of stress. The heaviness of worry.
The heaviness of responsibility. It's time to let it all go. To let go now.
To release. To become lighter. A light as a feather.
Just becoming lighter with each deep, smooth breath. Now, let the waves of relaxation that started in your toes, of your left foot, move over to the toes in the right foot. Turning all of those muscles into feathers.
Floating deeper and deeper into relaxation. Then, into the ankles. The muscles turn to feathers as you feel lighter from the ankle and all the way up to your right knee.
The calf muscles transforming to feathers. Turning light and letting go. Relax more with each easy breath you take.
With each word you hear me speak, each word carries you deeper. Deeper and sounder in trance. And feeling lighter.
The deeper you go, the lighter you feel. From the knee all the way to the right hip. The long thigh muscles go completely limp and lazy now.
As those muscles turn to light, fluffy feathers. Just go deeper and deeper into drowsy slumber. The wave of relaxation moves on into your stomach.
The solar plexus chakra in the lower tummy area. The center of the nervous energy. Each muscle and nerve lets loose the tension.
Relaxing. Feeling lighter. Going deeper into relaxation.
And you feel lighter. Float deeper and deeper toward that sleep state. Deeper and deeper into slumber.
Feeling lighter. The wave travels through the ribs. Through the ribs, the muscles relax.
The broad muscles of the chest turn to feathers. The area of the chest grows limp and loose. And all of those tensions are fading away.
Relaxing more with each easy beat of your heart. And going deeper into drowsy slumber. All around the neck, the muscles relax.
And into the neck, the muscles soft float. Just like they relax each and every night when you are deep and sound in sleep. Turn them all loose and go deeper and deeper into trance.
Now the relaxation smooths your face. All tensions melt there. Into the jaws, the muscles go soft.
The jaws parted softly. Teeth not touching. A natural position that you maintain always when resting.
All around the mouth, the muscles let go. Through the nose, each nerve gives way. All around the eyes, the muscles are light and so relaxed.
Your eyebrows relaxing now. Your brow bone relaxing. Across the forehead, the muscles smooth out.
The top of the skull, down the back of the neck, down through the temples. And around the ears, all the muscles soft, loose, lazy. Feeling so free as you now float.
Let the relaxation start down your back. From the base of the skull to the base of the spine. Each muscle and nerve along the spine lets loose the tension.
Relaxing. Light. Drifting.
Deeper and deeper in trance. The wave of relaxation spreads out into the broad muscles of the back. And down across the back.
The small of the back. All across the back of the shoulders. Every muscle going soft.
And every nerve in the back. Relaxing. Loosening.
Opening up. Flushing. Healing.
And deeper into slumber. Relaxation. Float.
Float. Float. And into both shoulders.
They go soft. And from the shoulders down to the elbows on both arms. The upper arm muscles relaxing now.
Light. Soft. From the elbows on both arms.
Down to the wrists. Your arm muscles grow limp and lazy. From the wrists to the fingertips.
On both hands. Each muscle and nerve lets loose the tension. On both hands.
Float. Float. Light as a feather.
Just like a down filled feather pillow. And you may feel now. A pleasant tingling sensation in the tips of your toes.
And in your fingertips. A pleasant feeling. Sensation growing stronger and stronger.
Now. As your entire body is being bathed in the pleasant glow. In the pleasant and utter relaxation.
Each muscle and nerve in your body is loose and limp and relaxed. Float. Float.
You feel so good. Let this good feeling come across your body. Every muscle and every nerve grow to feel so good.
And now. Sending another wave of relaxation over your entire body. From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Float. Float. Just let every muscle and every nerve go loose and limp and relaxed.
Feeling more relaxed with each easy breath. So calm and so relaxed. You are relaxing more and more with each easy beat of your heart.
With each easy breath that you take. With each second which passes. And another wave of relaxation spreads across your body.
Float. Float. And now.
One more wave. This one. A pure glowing white light that starts at the top of your head.
Feel it. Feel it. Gently warming.
Soothing. As it flows down your entire body. All the way down to the very tips of your toes.
Cocooning it in pure light of protection and safety. Bask in this glow. Float.
Float. And now. You are completely relaxed.
Float. Float. Sensing the contours of your body.
The shape. The density. The volume.
Noticing where your body ends and the space beyond begins. And this white illuminating light around the outer edges of your body. Around all spaces.
Around all parts. Encircled by a brilliant glowing light. And you sense its protection.
Your entire body lighting up. Glowing. And as you inhale it glows brighter.
As you fill up with the light. And as you exhale let go of your physical space. It's ok.
You are safe. Glowing brighter and brighter with every inhale. And as you exhale let go of your physical space.
So light. As light as a feather. Floating upwards.
Drifting up and up. Floating. Floating.
Up through the ceiling. Floating through the building. All the way up into the sky.
Higher and higher. As you get lighter and lighter you sense the motion of floating and drifting higher and higher. Going into the clouds.
The body so light. The body so light. And you rest.
