Alright boys, I want a thorough search of this ship. Take anything that looks of value. And I want you to shake down anyone who refuses to give up their loot.

Now, go below deck. I want you to search the first class cabins first. While they're busy with that, I'm sure you won't mind if I search in the captain's quarters.

You might have to brush up on the old pirate lingo as well. I can teach you once we board my ship. You may technically be my captive, but I don't have to treat you like one.

As long as you don't give me a reason to, that is. That being said, now you're coming back to my ship. Don't try and fight it.
