Be guided safely to have the illusion of an out of body experience and travel through the matrix. Gentle relaxation may guide you to sleep...
I'm taking you on a journey. Prepare mentally now for your journey. With an open mind, plan now to explore your creative side, settling your body now, resting your head comfortably, fully supported.
As you breathe in, breathe in calm and relaxation, and as you exhale, allow any tension to leave your body. That's it, relax, deeper and deeper. Breathe in calm and relaxation, and breathe out tension, stress, and outside noise.
And now find nice, slow breathing. Breathe in oxygen, filling your lungs, your body becoming heavier while your mind becomes lighter, beginning to realize a beautiful place of calm. With each exhale, you feel your mental self becoming lighter.
With each breath, you feel your internal self becoming lighter, while your physical body becomes heavier. So heavy. Your body so heavy.
Let go of control of your breath, let it flow exactly how it needs to. As you feel your physical body relax down, down, down, down, as your mind becomes lighter. Find that pace of slow breathing.
Your body relaxing down, deeper, deeper, deeper, deeper, deeper, deeper, deeper into relaxation with each exhale of breath. And it is a curious thing to wonder exactly what lies within the deeper parts of your subconscious or unconscious mind. In the past, it always surprised me when I would partake in such a journey.
I never know exactly where the journey will go, or how the journey will develop. I don't know if there will be an end state, or a now state, or a process state. A state of everything.
Just relax, and start to fade around those peripheral edges as you and I together can start to allow ourselves to think lightly, or deeply, or attentively, or even completely, consciously, ignoring the ideas of words and language, and tonality of voice and sound. And maybe there was a particular sound in your past that relaxed you, and you can remember that sound now. That sound that may have relaxed you down a little further.
Maybe it was the sound you heard when riding in a car. A humming, purring sound of a car. Or in a plane, as you sat on the plane.
That relaxing sound. Perhaps it was the sound of a stream as you were outside in nature. Or the ocean waves.
Maybe some birds as you focused in mindfully while out away from everything else, in the middle of somewhere in nature. I don't know what that relaxing sound is to you, but you know, as you remember now, that sound, hearing that sound in your mind right now. Isn't it fascinating how we can recall things and bring them to life again in our minds? Just like that.
Can you see now the color blue in your mind's eye? Just the color in that space of imagination. Now I don't know if you have your eyes closed down, your eyelids down over your eyes, as you continue to imagine that color blue.
That blue either in front of you or behind your closed eyes now. Open and closed. Open and closed.
What doorways are opening and closing? And I don't know exactly how many doorways you have entered and passed through in your lifetime to this point. I don't know the exact number of doorways that you must have gone through.
Moved through. And isn't it interesting that there must be an infinite number of doorways or door frames that each of us have moved through in a lifetime? How many? More than one.
Less than one million. There is an exact number. Eight hundred seventy-six thousand, perhaps.
Maybe it's higher, or it could be lower. Doorways taking us from one space to another space. From one dimension to another set of dimensions.
You are able to focus your attention, bring yourself back to that blue color. I do know that you can develop your trance state further by giving yourself the suggestion to simply go deeper down now. Deeper down now.
And sometimes it is really as simple as that. To make a conscious, controlled, deliberate decision now. To just go deeper down.
Where exactly to? I don't know. It is a funny thing to realize with your closed eyes that exactly where you are deepening down to is completely and utterly up to you now.
Going deeper while you still remain consciously aware of that blue object. An octopus, perhaps. Floating, floating, floating, floating, floating in the blue water.
Elegant, light, swaying softly. Almost looking silver in the water. Blue, silver, silver, blue, silver, silver blue.
Sort of a silverish blue. And the long arms of the octopus reaching out. Reaching out so far away from the octopus's body.
But the legs never lose the octopus and float away as the legs are securely attached. The blue legs. Sort of a silverish blue.
And the long legs of the octopus reaching out so far away from the octopus's body. And the octopus is a part of the bluish silver legs. Where exactly the octopus's legs reach out to? I don't know.
One leg in particular outreached. One long, very long leg of bluish silver is outreached to where? I don't know.
I also don't know where you want to deepen down to. Because for how long could you put your hands together and move them apart as if held by an imaginary piece of blue thread or string? Bluish silver, silvery blue.
Is there a natural moment where you have made some deeper decision for your hands to stop? And have you made a deeper decision that this string or thread, as imaginary as it is, is now exactly the very most right length that some deeper part of you is only now just deciding upon? Ponder that idea.
That your own imagination can tap into and connect with deeper parts of you that you hadn't previously even consciously realized are so powerfully connected to everyday decision making. Just the same as you walk through that first doorway of the day. How much of you is consciously regarding the decision to move forward and go deeper? Deeper down now.
Perhaps through a second doorway. Or third. Or fourth.
Or fifth doorway. Many, many doorways. And as you bring your focus, your attention back to that string or thread, that process of feeling that string in front of you as consciously as you may believe.
And yet, I don't know, but perhaps, those deeper parts of you do know exactly how to imagine that string or thread. And when exactly to relax your hands. Relax your hands as you bring your focus back to your hands and to that string or thread.
And I wonder if your hands have been performing as if by themselves. That process of feeling that string in front of you as imaginary as you may consciously believe. And yet, I don't know, but perhaps, those deeper parts of you do know exactly how to imagine that string or thread.
And when exactly to relax your hands down completely as such a thread might be so light that it just floats gently down, down, down, down, down. Almost hovering. Almost hovering in the air before you.
Floating down, down, down, down, down. Maybe into your lap. Maybe onto your chest.
Maybe onto your stomach. It really doesn't matter exactly where. But how wonderful to think about that thread.
The thinnest of threads gently floating down through that spaciousness of air in front of you. So thin, the thinnest of thin threads, yet so powerful as it holds. Just down, down, down, down.
Until it just gently comes to rest somewhere upon your body. And as it does, you can continue giving yourself the suggestion to go down even deeper. Down, down, deeper down.
Down, down, down, down, down. Your body feeling so heavy like lead while your mind feels light, light as a feather. And even further down into relaxation and comfort.
While holding on to this wonderful state of relaxation, I would like you to try to lift your right hand by the wrist. You might find it difficult to do that as your hand is heavy. And your hand becomes heavier on your relaxed body.
Let your hand hang in the air and it becomes heavier. It just hangs there loose and limp like a wet dishcloth. Now drop it.
Down, down, down, down, down, down. And as it dropped down, so did you, even more. Now here's the thing, the more relaxed your mind becomes, the heavier your physical body becomes.
Let's test that again. Lift your hand by your wrist once more and let it hang in the air. Now drop your hand slowly down.
A wave of relaxation travels from the top of your head down to the tip of your toes. Now let's lift your hand by the wrist again once more. Let it hang in the air.
Now drop your hand slowly down. And your breathing slowing down. And your breath flowing down through your entire physical structure.
Breathing slows, muscles go loose and limp and relaxed. As you feel the physical body relax, down, down, down, you are sinking in more calm to freedom. Slow, relaxed breathing, so peaceful, so calm.
And as you bring your focus back to that string or thread before you, I wonder if your hands have been performing almost as if by themselves. That process of feeling that string in front of you, as imaginary as you may consciously believe. And yet, I don't know, but perhaps, those deeper parts of you do know exactly how to imagine that string or thread.
And when exactly to relax your hands down completely. As such a thread might be so light, that it just floats gently down, down, down, down. Almost hovering in the air as it floats down, down.
As you go more deeply relaxed, down, down, down. Now lift your hand again by the wrist, once more. Let it hang in the air.
Now drop your hand slowly, down, down, down. Plopping your physical hand down, down, your astral hand stays up. Above you on the ceiling is a sturdy rope.
It is going straight.
