How could I not? How could I not fall for you? Fall for somebody like that, who's gentle and takes their time to get to know other people and then finally show themselves, their full, beautiful self.

I know it's difficult for guys. They're expected to be so dominant and loud and boisterous and, you know, alphas and all that nonsense. But I never sought those things.

I just wanted someone. I wanted a man who could be completely comfortable in himself, to recognize that he is shy, that he will admit it to himself and to others, but he'll still do his best to be part of everything, to go out there and be completely and utterly himself. Those men are my favorite guys.

They're the ones who hold a special place in my heart. Yes, it takes so much of a man to admit that he isn't the typical, traditional, stereotypical idea of a man. I like the vulnerability.

I like the softness. And to find a man like that is so rare. You are rare, like a precious gem.
