Hey, did you know that cows have best friends? Mm-hmm. Fluffy little cows in happy fields, running around with their best friends.

And I know you know about sea otters. Mm-hmm. Not their whole hands, so they don't float away from each other.

Happy little sea otters floating on the waves. Oh, and penguins propose to each other? Mm-hmm, they do.

They find the best, prettiest rock and put a ring on it. Or a rock on it, I guess. Oh, and did you know that one spaghetti is called a spaghetti? Try say that without smiling.

Spaghetti. Still cozy? Mm-hmm.

I've got you. What are more nice things, I wonder? Did you know crows like to give each other presents? Mm-hmm, they like the shiny things.

But some things, they'll even give presents to people if they like them. Yes, I know you'd like a little crow on me. Oh, and a group of bunnies is called a fluffle.

A fluffle of fluffy loves. Mm-hmm. And a group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope.

And a prickle of porcupines. Mm-hmm. And a prickle of hedgehogs too.

And badgers are clans. Little badger families snuffling around in their snuffle holes. Oh, here's a nice thing.

If a baby squirrel loses its mother, yes, I know that's sad. Bear with me. But if it loses its mother, another squirrel will adopt it.

Mm-hmm. Squirrels have found families too. And speaking of squirrels, they plant thousands of trees every year just because those silly things forget where they left their nuts.

Oh, and baby sloths are addicted to cuddling. They will have tantrums if they're not cuddling. Mm-hmm.

Zoos give them teddies if their mamas aren't around. And rats are ticklish and will laugh if you tickle them. And there were so many puffins around when they were making Star Wars that they just included them in the story as perks.

And the people who voiced Minnie and Mickey Mouse fell in love and got married. Still with me? Hmm? Yeah, I've got more nice things for you.

Just relax. You're nice and cozy and safe with me. Hey, did you know smiling is as natural to us as breathing? We don't learn how to smile.

We just do it when we're happy. Even blind people who've never seen a smile still smile when they're happy. And crocodiles can stick their tongues out.

And music? Everyone loves music. Did you know sea lions can clap to a beat? And cows produce more milk when they listen to soothing music? Even plants can grow stronger when they're stimulated by music.

Everyone loves music. And ducks dance when they're happy. They will shake their tail feathers.

I know it's hard when you can't sleep. And I'm sorry. You deserve the rest.

I'm glad it helps to think about nice things. Like, there'll always be libraries and rivers and the smell of rain and cups of tea and laughter and movies and songs and cute animals, cute babies and people helping each other. New books and frogs and flowers and trees and the sound of waves crashing against the ocean.

And the moon, the stars, the dreams, hedgehogs, and a lot of other nice things. Mm-hmm. There will always be nice things.
