That light filling up the core. Giving you love and peace. Relaxation moving through the core, the mid-back.

That light moving into the heart space. Relaxing the chest muscles. Relaxing through the upper back.

Letting go of any tension in the shoulder blades and through the tops of the shoulders. That light flowing down the arms. Relaxing energy radiating all the way down to the fingertips.

Bring your attention back to the shoulders. And allow the light to flow through the neck. Softening into the head, the face.

Softening the jaw, the mouth, the cheeks, the eyes. Closing the eyes if that feels safe. Relaxing through the brow to the very top of the head.

The body filled up with that beautiful light. Feeling so relaxed. Feeling peace.

Feeling safe. Now that your body is relaxed, come back to the breath. Breathing in.

Breathing out. In through the nose. Out the mouth with a sigh.

Continue to breathe in and sigh it out. Releasing any tension, any worry, any stress. Letting it release from the body with every exhale.
