Let's open your chakras. To do this exercise, I want you to sit in a comfortable chair or sit in the lotus position on a pillow on the floor. Keep your back straight.

I want you to bring your awareness to your first chakra, which sits right underneath your butt, right underneath the base of your spine, actually outside of your body. Visualize it as a vortex of red light spinning clockwise. It's positioned directly under you with the larger end of the spinning cone open to the earth and the tip of the cone pointing into the bottom of your spine.

As you watch it spinning, breathe in red. Breathe out red. Breathe in red.

Maintaining your image of the first chakra, allowing it to still be spinning clockwise underneath you. Move your attention to your sacral chakra, your second chakra, and that's located about two inches above your pubic bone. Visualize two vortices, one on the front of your body and one on the back of your body.

See them spinning clockwise with a bright red-orange color. Breathe in red-orange. Breathe it out.

Repeat this, breathing in red-orange and allowing that red-orange to go out on the out-breath. If you're tapped into your energy, you might start to feel a little juicy and tingling. A little hard, a little full.

Maintaining the visualization of the first two chakras, move up to the third chakra, your solar plexus. Here I want you to imagine two yellow spinning vortices. Breathe in yellow.

Breathe it out. Repeat this step until bright yellow is flowing in and out. Bring your attention up to the heart.

Remember all those chakras below are spinning clockwise and it feels so good. Bring your attention to your heart. See the clockwise spinning vortices in green.

Green. Breathe green in and out. In.

Out. In. Let that energy spin, spin clockwise throughout your chest, allowing all those other chakras below to continue to spin.

You might feel tingly, you might feel numb, you might feel yummy. Allow that energy to spin, focusing on that green spinning energy in your chest. Now move your attention up to your throat.

Breathe in blue and out blue. Blue. See those spinning vortices, one in the front, one in the back, spinning clockwise.

Blue. Your throat might feel up. It might feel clogged.

It might feel like you need to clear it. Let that blue energy spin clockwise in the front of your throat and the back of your neck. Feel, feel that spinning energy in your throat.

It might cause you to sway side to side or back and forth. Allow it to spin. Clear your throat if you need to.

Swallow if you need to. Breathing in blue. Breathing out blue.

Come on up to that third eye chakra, baby. That space right between your eyes. Let that chakra spin clockwise in a violet color.

You feel the vortices in the front of your forehead and in the back of your forehead. Spinning, spinning, spinning. Breathing in violet on the in-breath.

Breathing out violet on the out-breath. Let that energy flow. Circulate throughout the forehead and in between your eyes.

How good that feels. Let that violet energy spin. Spinning in the front, looking purple, looking blue.

Spinning in the back, looking blue, looking purple. Maybe even some hues of pink. Letting that energy spin clockwise.

Your head may feel that. Let it. And bring your attention to the top of your head.

This beautiful, opalescent, white, golden light sitting on the top of your head. Spinning clockwise. Breathe in white or a bright, golden light.

Breathe out. Let that beautiful, shining light flow clockwise above your head as you breathe in and out. Remember all those other chakras below are still spinning clockwise all throughout your body, baby.

Oh, it feels so good. Let yourself feel it. Let your body tingle.

Let your heart be full. Let your throat be full, your mouth be full, your head be full. Let that energy, golden, white light spin clockwise above your head.
