Let go of anything that's been bothering you today. Get under a blanket if you want. Or just stretch out. Now, close your eyes for me. Good. Take a deep breath. A real one. Feel your lungs. In. And out. Again. Slower this time. In. And out.

Let your body get heavy. Let yourself be light. Let yourself sink into wherever you're lying. You don't have to hold yourself up anymore. It's just you and my voice now. And you are safe here.

I want you to imagine something with me. All that stress you've been carrying. All the tension in your shoulders, your jaw, your chest. Imagine it like weight. Heavy stones you've been holding all day. And right now, one by one, you're going to put them down. You don't need them anymore. Not right now.

Let your shoulders drop. Feel them release. Unclench your jaw. Let your face soften. Your hands. Let them open. You don't have to grip anything. That's it. Just let go.

You're doing so good, honey. I know today was hard. I know you feel like you have to be strong all the time. But you don't. Not with me. With me, you can just be soft. You can be tired. You can be overwhelmed. You can be exactly who you are right now. And that's enough. You are enough.
