Are you ready? I want you to take some deep breaths in, and exhale. When you inhale, I want it to be through your nostrils, and exhale through your mouth.

Just take time. Relax. Free your mind of all the troubles you're going through.

Because I know you're going through a lot right now. And that's okay. But you're putting them off, saying you'll deal with them later.

But darling, there is also now. Don't get me wrong, that's not easy. But you're doing it.

And I am so, proud of you. You are doing a fantastic job. Every day, just by surviving.

By moving forward. And by proving that you cannot be beaten by whatever troubles come your way. You are so strong, and uplifting, and selfless.

And everyone around you can see it, even if you don't want to admit it to yourself. You are an extraordinary person. And I mean that from the depths of my soul.
