No, the way I interpreted it is kind of irrelevant. I don't want to get into it. Because it was wrong, and, um.

Well, I. .. I do see things differently, but.

And I respect your opinion. You have every right to that opinion. No, I, I'm not trying to get you to see it my way.

Um. .. I get why you feel the way you do.

And I respect that, even if I happen to see things differently. I'm not trying to convince you. It's perfectly fine for us to disagree on this.

Right? Reasonable adults can disagree. And.

.. We can disagree about it without it leading to anything unpleasant. There's going to be conflict in any relationship between two people, but conflict doesn't have to be ugly.

We can disagree on this. And we can work past that. Look, the point, I guess.

.. The point is that. ..

We had a difference of opinion here. And. ..

We. .. We kind of let it snowball.

Until it grew into something much bigger than it should have been. No, I'm not, I'm not minimizing it. I'm not minimizing the issue or the topic.

I'm saying that it didn't need to lead to the degree of. .. Baffled feathers and bent feelings that it did.

You know, it could have been something we discussed and disagreed on, but. .. Moved on with our day and no feelings were hurt.

And we blew it on that. We let it become something that did, um. ..

Drive a wedge between us, even if it's just a temporary one. It shouldn't have been that way. And we can do better.

Look, um. .. I want to apologize for the role that I played in.

Discussion turning into an argument. And the argument into a fight. I'm really sorry.
