I need you I've always loved you and there's nothing in this world that's gonna keep me away from my love I just don't know how we ended up here I guess I've been trying to find the right words ever since we left each other you remember what I told you first night we made love I remember you looking over your shoulders and we just stared into each other's eyes my beard was rubbing against your hair and I kissed you softly on your shoulders and then my two fingers from my left hand they gently started at your shoulder and I scroll all the way down to your hand and I interlocked my hand into your hand we both felt it it's never easy saying I'm sorry in all honesty I never thought I'd see you again I know we both said some things we didn't mean I'm afraid I'm afraid of losing you I'm afraid of you moving on and forgetting about all the memories that we created I still feel the same way I felt that night when you looked over me and told me that you loved me and when I told you that I loved you back we passionately held each other and made love all through the night nothing's changed for me nothing's ever gonna change for me every time I close my eyes I could see your face every single day I thought of you it feels like I'm suffocating and drowning and without you I just feel lost and feel so incomplete I just know I love you and I want to work through this I really do I messed up and I'm asking you to forgive me I tried my best to stop thinking about you but the memories they feel so real I close my eyes I swear it feels just like you're right here with me there's nothing in this world that's gonna stop me from doing everything in my power to make sure that our love continues to grow you told me you always loved me I don't want to lose sight of that it's uncharted territories I've never been in a position that made me feel this vulnerable this exposed I feel naked and I don't know how to process that so I'm doing the only thing that I know how to do is just communicate to you effectively tell you where I'm at and how I feel you don't have to give me an answer right now and you have every right in this world to hate me I messed up but I do love you and it's nothing I could say or do right now to get you to believe that and I'm not asking you to hang on to the memories that we once shared all I'm asking is that you hold me accountable and you judge me based on my actions moving forward whatever time you need how much of a time you need I'm willing to grant that I just don't want to lose you from my life I can't go back to that place it was dark it was empty it was cold and here you come a beautiful red sunshine it's kind of scary and I was in the Navy I I used to have flight that watch and it's like the night sky in the ocean with me and every direction you look in it's just black it's one of the scariest things in the world I don't want to go back to that place with you I feel home with you I feel safe and I just can't lose that but I do love you and respect you enough to allow you the decision it's one thing I would never do is rob you of the choice the option to choose if you choose me if you choose us if you give me another chance I'll show you I love you so much and I'll never ever misabuse your trust again I just need one opportunity baby I need you I just know I love you and I'll be waiting.
