Welcome to this guided meditation created for you by Delve Audio. Get yourself comfortable and ready to release the tension that is gathered in every fiber of your body throughout the day. We're going to start by focusing on our breathing, slowing our systems and in turn our minds down.

Let's take a deep breath in for a count of three, hold for three and then breathe out for three. Ready? In.

Two. Three. Hold.

Two. Three. Out.

Two. Three. Again.

In. Two. Three.

Hold. Two. Three.

Out. Two. Three.

In. Two. Three.

Hold. Two. Three.

And out. Two. Three.

Feel your legs, your feet, heavy, sinking into the fabric beneath you. Spreading out, every muscle relaxing further and further. Feel your hips and bottom following your legs like a deflating balloon.

Sinking into whatever surface you are sitting or laying on. Spreading and releasing all the tension that has gathered in these spots during the day. Moving up in a wave, feel your lower and middle back release and relax.

Tension like thick ropes wrapped around your spine start to unwind and untangle. Falling away and letting your body release and relax. Getting heavy and limp and spreading across the fabric beneath you.

Your arms and shoulders hold so much all the time. Squeeze them, contract your muscles in your arms and across your upper back. Feel your body tense, hold tightly for one, two, three, four, five seconds and release.

Let your strength go, let your tension go, stop holding and just be. Feel the weight of your body against what it lays on top of. Feel them connect and become one object.

Your body is fluid, no longer rigid and held together with opposing forces. Now slack and loose. Your neck working so hard to hold your head upright every day, no longer has to hold the weight of the world upon it.

Your head filled with thoughts of a lifetime. Worries of what ifs. Now heavy and limp and empty.

Let it sink, joining the rest of your body. Continue to feel the last remnants of tension move from your physical form. Draining out the top of your head in a weak mist.

Drifting out into the atmosphere and dispersing into nothingness. Shrinking and trailing away. Once in this state of being, you find yourself standing in the middle of a dirt road.

Not sure where exactly, but a familiarity about the scene, a warmth. You are drawn to explore further and start slowly walking ahead. There's a blue sky above and the warmth of the sun helps you feel safe, relaxed, comfortable and at peace.

Either side of the dirt road are fields, fields with rickety fencing and a couple of gates. In the field to your left, there are sheep, calmly grazing, happily going about their business. To the right is a field full of flowers, bright yellow and tall.

Tall enough to lay at the base of on the soft soil beneath them and be in the shade of the warm sun under the clear blue sky. You move the latch on the little gate leading to the field on the right. Calming sounds of birdsong, a cool breeze, the occasional bleat of the sheep, all you can hear.

You close the gate behind you and walk into the field of flowers. Hold out your hands and let the flowers brush against you. Towards the middle of the field, you find a comfortable spot and lay down.

Traces of soft emerald green grass form an almost blanket atop the soil from which the flowers grow. Dry and comfortable, you nestle in and lay yourself down. Looking up, you can make out formations of wispy clouds that have started to roll across.

The bright heads of the flowers tower above, bobbing back and forth in the breeze and appearing as though they're dancing around you. The air is fresh and cool and clean, each intake of breath makes you feel sleepy, satisfied, ready to close your eyes and drift under the dancing flowers and clouds. Gently, you allow yourself to drift.

You're hearing, focusing on the sounds of the breeze, passing through the growth around you and sounding like running water. The sound is enough for you to focus on and forget your own thoughts. No tomorrows, no what-ifs, no to-dos, no buts or whens or hows.

Just this, the natural world all around you, within you, and this well-earned restful time. And this well-earned restful time that you so deserve, that you need, and owe yourself and those that care about you. This is your time, your time to regenerate, to heal, to simply be.

And allow your body, your mind, your spirit to take care of itself, to take care of you. Process the day that has been, prepare for the day ahead, that is not here yet. Breathe.

In, two, three. Hold, two, three. Out, two, three.

In, two, three. Hold, two, three. Out, two, three.

In, two, three. Hold, two, three. Out, two, three.

In, two, three. Hold, two, three. Out, two, three.

In, two, three. Hold, two, three. Out, two, three.

In, two, three. Hold, two, three. Cause, cure, purify.
