Now I know that we haven't spoken for a while. I know that things haven't been the same for a very long time but I'm still your friend and I know that you need to hear this. You don't just need it, you deserve it.

You deserve to hear this and I want you to not take lightly what I'm about to tell you because I know you've been thinking about it endlessly. It's in your mind over and over and over again. No matter how much you try not to think about it, it just pops up.

As if you were saying Beetlejuice three times. That thought, that thing that keeps coming back, that keeps presenting itself, that keeps repeating itself over and over and over again. That thing, the thing you're thinking about right now in your mind that popped up.

Do it. Do it and you have to do it tomorrow. You have to do it this week.

You can't wait any longer. As long as it's something good, as long as it's an experience that you think might be something you enjoy in the future, as long as it's something that won't harm you, do it. Life is short.

They say that. It's not true. Life is generally long but it is finite.

It will end someday and the longer you put it off, the longer you think that you can't do it, that you might fail, that you're afraid of it, the longer you do that, the more your brain is winning at tricking you and making you think that it's not possible, that it's uncertain and because of that uncertainty it's definitely a failure even though you haven't even tried it. That is a truly a crime because how can you know, how can you truly know if you don't just do it? So I'm telling you as your friend, as someone who cares about you, that you have to do this.

You must do this. Do it for yourself. Do it because nobody else will tell you to while I'm telling you do it.

I don't want you to wake up when you're 70, when you're 80, when you're whatever age on your deathbed regretting that you didn't do it, that you didn't take that chance. I don't want that to happen. I want you to be okay.

I want you to be happy that you at least tried it even if you fail. That's the beauty of it. If you failed, well then what did you lose? Nothing.

Because you tried it and later down in life you're gonna be thankful that you did because if you know anything, if you truly understand how life works, life is just decisions. That's all life is. That is all living is, is making decisions every single day.

Oh, should I wake up today? Should I get out of bed today? Should I go work out? Should I eat this? Should I eat that? Should I call him? Should I call her? Should I reply to this text? Should I go out with my friends tonight? I'm not feeling too good but I don't want to see anyone.

Should I marry them? Should I not? It's all decisions.

Life, living, all it truly is, is just making decisions every single day more than you think. All you do is make decisions. And no matter how much you try, no matter how much you think that you're not good enough, you are.

You're more than good enough. So whatever it is that you think you can't do but it keeps nudging at you, that thing, whatever it is, just do it. Give it a shot.

I'm here telling you this and there's a purpose for that. I don't want you to wake up with regret. So please, do it.

And when you do, try your best. So that way when you look back you can say, I tried it and I did it with everything that I had. I gave it all I had.

That way you won't have any regret whatsoever.
