Meditation for Morning, Noon, or Night to Tap Into the Real You! Center Self. Go within! Manifest out the life you want.
I just want you to sit. I just want you to sit. Just sit.
Don't try to stop your thoughts. Don't try to control your thoughts. Don't try to find silence.
Simply just be. And now I want you to turn all your energy into the sound of my voice. It has been revealed to me that my voice, merely the sound of it, has the ability to heal people.
When you've experienced the level of trauma that I have experienced, not in comparison to one, but myself, to get to this point, to say that out loud, believe it 100%, and have absolutely no emotion to how everyone feels about it, that was a long road. That was a really long road. When you get to the place that I am, where people are consciously or subconsciously depending on your energy to get to a better place, that's a high honor.
It's also a high responsibility. More importantly for me, it's a high honor. And so with that, with just that being said, now that you know that about me, I want you to tap in, and I want you to tap in even deeper.
I want you to get into a space I want you to get into a space where you don't even hear my words. I know that sounds counterintuitive in a guided meditation, but I really just want my voice to turn into a vibration for you. I don't necessarily care that you hear it more than you feel it.
In this moment right now, I am realizing that my voice is not just meant to be heard. It may not even really be meant to be heard at all. It's meant to be felt.
My voice was gifted to me to be felt. So let that feeling get into your body. Let that feeling get into your bloodstream.
Let that energy get into your energy field. Let this vibration take over your entire being. Know that you can tap into this vibration and it's a judgment-free and safe space.
This meditation is meant for you to learn how to simply just be. The only moment that counts is the moment right now. The past is history and the future is indeed a mystery.
It is myth. As much as we plan for it, we can only change the present, the now. But don't listen to this.
Feel it. Your body can feel this message without deciphering the actual vocabulary. In fact, you want to set your intellectual to the side and you want to lean more towards your intuition.
Allow your intuition to guide you during this meditation. Allow your energy to be penetrated by this vibration. Allow your body to be healed by this vibration.
Don't resist it. Own who you are. The more you honor your body, the more you own who you are, and your body deserves pleasure.
Every minute of every day, you have the right as a being to experience pleasure. Unlimited. At your disposal.
I'm a firm believer the only way that you can experience true joy is that you are able to experience true pleasure. You have to want it for yourself. No one can want pleasure more than you.
No one can want pleasure more for you than you. So sit in there. Ask yourself why everyday pleasure is not your goal.
Sure, there are things that may run concurrent with it. But with everything that you are experiencing everyday, everything that you are doing, pleasure should be the penultimate goal. You want your energy, you want your spirit to always be in anticipation of pleasure.
You want to turn your life as much as you can to resemble an orgasm as possible. Why would you not want to experience the absolute feeling of how and why all that we know is here, and more importantly, why you are here and how important and unimportant at the same time you are to the vastness of the universe. So if you're not already tapped in, I need you to tap in.
And I need you to know if you are here, then that means you're worth it. You're worth the pleasure. You're worth finding out the real you.
You are worth that time. You are worth that effort. It took me a long time to understand that concept.
One of my partners had to explain it to me several times before I understood, or maybe I chose not to understand because the reality was so painful. When you have to come to grips that you do not love yourself, it is just as bad, if not worse, as finding out that someone you love doesn't love you the way that you love them or what you thought love was or what you thought love should be. I know it's difficult, but you don't have to necessarily focus on my words.
Look to focus only on the vibration, the energy that you feel being pushed through, the intent. Make yourself the focus. It is the only way to change who you are, to evolve who you are.
You have to make yourself the focus. Once you're focused on who you are, then the gifts you've been given have the ability to be more efficient and effective. Think on that.
Think on that deeply. A handful of minutes in the morning. A handful of minutes in the evening.
A handful of minutes in the afternoon. It could be one out of three, two out of three, or three out of three, but start. Start to make yourself the focus.
You will be amazed at once you begin to focus on yourself, it allows you to draw a clearer focus on others. As you build and walk in your intuition, you don't have to spend as much time thinking about whether something or someone is good for you. Your body tells you whether something or someone is good for you.
And it is similar to a reflex. It does not wait for you. It does not wait for me to decide it.
