Sorry for taking so long the eyeliner was not cooperating in any capacity you see it looks really cool by the way I'm excited to get to the event start dancing that kind of thing hey you feeling okay no there's there's something wrong you're a bit spaced out do you want to talk about it I mean the dance is in two hours we have time to talk through some things and we don't even have to go if it's too much so what's up oh I'll see you're a trans too okay how long have you known yeah fair enough no why would I be mad look you're my partner evil way okay and if that means you're my girlfriend now then you're my girlfriend you know look I always care about you and when I came out a few years ago you were super supportive sir I want to try to even match that level of support you gave me yeah so what now I mean the dance is in two hours and you're probably feeling really dysphoric in that it was not the best suit but you seemed okay about that oh oh you just want of anything huh because you didn't wanna oh I didn't pressure you or no okay okay so uh what do you want to do now I mean we could do a costume swap no reason we can't okay first off you can take off that suit and you can pick one of these dresses yeah I had backups I was worried I wouldn't like mine but mine ended up pretty okay so nice and flowy so here's three dresses look that's a little overkill but it makes me happy okay okay pick any you like okay and I'll get the makeup ready for you sound good okay you ready okay open the door when you're ready oh you look good yeah no I mean it and your legs are already shaved too that was convenient what was the reason you said again swimming maybe I should have seen this coming hey boy it's actually a really good time save for us yeah we're making good pace okay so I decided to get out my old wigs and you can use any you like I hope they match your style I'm sorry I don't have a big variety we can go get one on the way if we need it but here's your options what do you think this one okay okay I'll put this here and I'm gonna do your makeup and then we're gonna get that little wig on that little head okay so have you done this before no that's okay take this wig cap I'll get your hair out of your face so that I can apply the makeup around your shoes okay cool cool let me just put it over your head get it nice in place yep cool I'm gonna still have a primer I mean maybe we don't have time to do a primer but I will make it work I'll make it work yeah so what it does is it's kind of like a barrier to protect your skin from the makeup we're about to use that's kind of what a primer is it's kind of like a canvas in a way so that when we put makeup on you it won't melt and that's not the hottest right now do you never know I'm gonna apply this primer with this brush put that in here okay nothing ticklish okay good good good all right now we're gonna do foundation yeah I have a pretty big palette so luckily I have a lot of options of foundation so this one matches your skin yeah usually you want to have it like your shade like brighter or darker like just a single shade because if you do two shades too bright it doesn't look the best usually some people make a work there okay okay we have the foundation on okay we still have time so I'm gonna put some lip gloss on now on remember when you have this on if you eat if you have any of that lip gloss fly right off because you consumed some food let me know I'll reapply it for you okay yeah you get used to it at first you're like wait I can't eat anything because I'm wearing this like lip stuff but if you take like big bites and make sure all the food goes in you're all good Oh spaghetti yeah impossible but I'm sure someone can make it work yeah I saw a girl at school like eat an entire burger and the lipstick stayed on I was so impressed I have not been able to do that without having to concede and admit defeat then it was worth it there that the bag was really nice anyway um let's do your eyes now the important thing to remember everyone's eyes are a little different so when I do eyeliner it might not be perfect because I'm used to doing my eye but I'm gonna work of your eye shape and we're gonna make it work for example my eyes so what's called hooded or hooded I actually don't know how to pronounce it where there's like some little folds in the eyelid so eyeliner is pretty hard that I'm able to like make it work thanks to a really good YouTube tutorial save my butt honestly okay we have that there oh um I don't I don't earn any eyeshadow actually yeah you can't really see it when I put it on so I don't earn any I'm sorry next time my next time next time okay let me uh get some mascara on you so what mascara does is it makes your eyelashes kind of nice and big yeah get them nice and flowing I chose a simple black mascara because it works for most looks okay this is the hard part okay contouring so if I apply the contour like this it can round out your face a little yeah which might help alleviate some dysphoria contour is great for that just uh blend it in cool cool I think I think this is the look yeah all right let me put on the wig okay okay it can be a bit funny at first yes sometimes like the hair gets stuck inside the cap or it's like inside out and you only pull it out yeah like right here you get used to it also make sure you use a special wig brush oh well the difference is that human hair is very different from synthetic hair sir if you use a human a human brush human hair brush it can be a bit too strong and it might break the wig well I learned the hard way see that brown wig in the corner of the room is the reason I didn't hand that to you I've I was not kind to that wig but what did I know it was like 10 years ago I'm getting better I'm getting better see nice and smooth smooth smooth yeah there we go perfect oh and let's do a little hair clip here so I can still see your pretty eyes okay we have that I have these high heel shoes that I'm not using today they're my foot size so hopefully it fits if it doesn't that's okay we can find something on the way okay okay we have the shoes sorted try them on cool great yeah it's so hard to get shoes in my size as well but I'm glad it fits all right what can I add to this look um do you want a bracelet yeah we um I have this really simple bangle it'll probably look really cute with that dress let me slide that on perfect cool cool okay great now we have a lot of time to spare it looks like it's time for us to get going yeah um I I can drive if you like I I know you're not not used to your shoes so yeah okay and um what are you doing today it's really wonderful okay I hope you enjoy the dance okay and if anyone's mean I'll be right there with you okay I'm here to support you and I think our friends will think you look adorable yeah they accepted me they'll accept you it's about being there for others you know I'm really glad you told me about you I knew myself how scary that can be so thank you for trusting me and no matter what your brains telling you you do look pretty good and I think most importantly you look happier I think that's important yeah also you look really pretty okay well oh also remember that you have a lot of makeup on your eyes so like be sure not to wipe your eyes what I'm saying yeah I know I do that all the time but it took me a while to not do that anymore okay it might happen to you you never know okay let's go I'm really proud of you.
