This is part 3 of my Ex-Girlfriend's Mom series, I hope you enjoy it! =3 After a very intimate night, you wake up next to your ex-girlfriend's mom right next to you in her lingerie no less, seeing you in complete shock, she tells you that you two haven't done anything significant, well yet, that is, did I mention that she can make a pretty bomb-ass breakfast? By the way, if you're interested in any of the information in certain parts of this audio, feel free to look these things up and research them for yourself! Part 3 of my classic ex-girlfriend's mom series, formerly on my YouTube, is now uploaded here cuz YOUTUBE IS ASSHOLE!! Original Upload Date: Aug 9, 2022
Good morning, sweetie. Why such the confused face, honey? You look like you saw a ghost.
Why am I in lingerie? Well, honey, I can ask you the same question. Why are you in your boxers? Yeah, that's right.
We did that relaxing meditation, and then you fell asleep. You woke up shortly after that, and then I led you to your bedroom. You were so groggy and barely awake, so I had to make sure to guide you up the stairs so that you wouldn't fall and hurt yourself.
But I also did the job of taking your clothes off, except for your shirt and your boxers. I felt like you would be pretty uncomfortable in the bed with your shoes and your jeans on. Not to mention it's extremely unsanitary to wear your gym shoes in your bed.
Don't worry, we didn't do anything extreme, though I did choose to cuddle you most of the night. Might I add that you're an extremely deep sleeper. Almost nothing can wake you up.
But of course, if we were to ever have our first time, I would like it to be with you awake. Oh, and I get a thank you, too? Well, I didn't expect you to be so cool with this.
I expected you to be a bit more against it at first, but how easily you ease into this idea of us sleeping together. It's not like I didn't want to do anything, though, but we were both so tired. Perks of adulthood, am I right? And like most adults, I need something to help me wake up.
Since there isn't any coffee brewed, I guess what I'll need to get my morning dose of sugar. Mmm. Mmm.
Mmm. Mmm. Mmm.
Mmm. Mmm. Mmm.
Mmm. Mmm. Mmm.
That's better. Although I am feeling a bit famished, and you need to have breakfast, too. I can make us both some breakfast.
It's no problem at all. I'm a mom, and now I'm your girlfriend, so it isn't my nature to cook for you. It's my pleasure.
However, before breakfast, I usually do morning meditation and stretches. Care to join me? Wonderful.
Then let's begin. Stand up with me. First, we can start off with stretching.
Now, take your left arm. Grab your wrist with the other hand. And stretch it to the side.
Mmm. Mmm. Like this.
And then vice versa. Mmm. Mmm.
Mmm. Mmm. Mmm.
Mmm. Mmm. Mmm.
Okay, now. .. Bend over.
And stretch all the way down until your fingers touch your toes. Mmm. Mmm.
Mmm. Mmm. There you go.
Now, extend your left foot out. And try to reach down to it with your corresponding arm. Mmm.
Now that hits the spot. Now the other. Mmm.
Mmm. Mmm. Much better.
Now, I also do forms of yoga and what is called tai chi as well. I'll teach you a few techniques regarding both of these later tonight before we go to sleep. But for now, we have to do our solar plexus meditation.
And what a great time to do it. It's very early and the sun is shining through our window. Don't forget that the solar plexus represents our inner sun, which resonates with our outer sun, to give us confidence, strength, and willpower.
Now, do you remember the mudra that I mentioned yesterday? That's right, darling. Place your hands together as if you're doing a prayer.
But it's not exactly a prayer. I don't know if I mentioned this. I think I did.
But each finger represents an element. Your index finger represents water. Your middle finger represents fire.
Your finger after that represents earth. And then your pinky finger represents air. Though this isn't really an element, but a phase of matter more so.
Your thumbs represent plasma energy. It represents the very core of your soul. So take your two thumbs and cross them over each other to the point of almost making a semi-X symbol.
We'll be doing this meditation while standing up. It will not only teach your body balance, but it will also strengthen your legs and many other parts of your body, but also your mind. And many other parts of your body that are so used to sitting down.
Usually I do this for 30 minutes a day. Well, whenever I'm doing solar plexus meditation, that is. But I don't want to waste too much of your time.
And judging from your stomach, I can tell that you're very hungry. So we'll do this for 5 minutes so that you'd get the hang of it. Good.
Let me turn on the music. It's so useful that you have a smart TV in your bedroom. Phones just aren't as loud as TVs are.
Hmm. Let me go here. Oh, by the way, this is called 528 Hz frequency.
This is the solar plexus frequency. Use this whenever you do solar plexus meditations or any other 528 Hz. It doesn't matter which video it is specifically, as long as it says 528 Hz.
I usually like to refer to the YouTube channel called Meditative Mind. They make amazing frequency musics and are perfect for meditations. Now, stand upright.
Hold your two palms together and your thumbs in the position I mentioned. And hold it up to your stomach. Close your eyes.
And let's begin. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in.
Breathe out. Breathe in. Now when you breathe out, try not to take another breath for at least 15 seconds.
This is to train your lungs and esophagus to not rely so heavily on breathing. Hmm. Just allow your mind to drift off.
Don't focus too much on the need to breathe. Don't forget that there's nothing wrong with breathing. Just that we abuse breathing way too much.
There is such thing as excessive breathing. Which the excessive intake of oxygen does have negative effects. You want to breathe in moderation.
Not too little and not too much. This also helps your body stay in a very neutral state. Now breathe in again.
But hold your breath for three seconds. One. Two.
Three. Hmm. And then slowly let it out.
Let's do it again. One. Two.
Three. And then exhale. Hmm.
This also helps you to keep your nerves in a neutral state. Hmm. This also helps you to keep your nerves in check.
Hmm. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Hmm. Don't hold your breath. But don't breathe.
Simply allow yourself to be in the world between breathing and not breathing. You're not breathing. You're not exactly breathing but you're not exactly holding your breath either.
You're just being. You're just being. Allowing the air to slowly enter your nostrils but not all the way.
You can feel the flow of the wind flowing through the first half of your nostril. It almost feels like breathing but you're not. Now breathe in again.
Hmm. And then breathe out. Now for the final part of this meditation.
It's for the affirmation. For this one. I want you to say it out loud.
Hmm. You don't have to say it in your mind though you can still if you want to. But, but my recommendations for the throat and the solar plexus chakra is to say your affirmations out loud to empower your throat and to empower your solar plexus both of which are chakras of enforcement to enforce your will either through your bare willpower or your voice or both.
Now repeat after me. I am strong. I am strong.
I am strong. I am courageous. I am courageous.
I am courageous. I am powerful. I am powerful.
I am powerful. I am powerful. Make sure to say these affirmations in sets of threes, sixes or nines as the numbers three, six and nine are the secret code of the universe itself.
There are numbers of greatest abundance and by saying your mantras in these sets of numbers allow for greater manifestation. Now, that was a bit longer than five minutes. How do you feel honey? Refreshed? Now that is the exact word I expected you to say.
It also helps you to feel more awake. You know what else helps? Coffee.
Go on down to your kitchen table and I'll be down in a second to start brewing us some coffee and cooking us some breakfast. I have to get back into my sexy naked apron. Be down in a flash.
I told you I wouldn't be long, handsome. I figured since you enjoyed me wearing it so much last night that I would wear it for you again. Folgers isn't the only best part of waking up.
Now to get your coffee brewing. What's that cooking up for? I'll be down in a second.
Be down in a second. What's that thing on the stove? Well, it's my special morning tea.
Do you want to know about it? Have you ever heard of Moringa? It's a special herb.
It originally originates from India. It's mainly made into a tea form. The Moringa is a plant that's often called the Jump Stick Tree or the Miracle Tree, the Ben Oil Tree or the Horseradish Tree.
It's been used for centuries due to its medicinal properties and health benefits. It also has antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Moringa is jam-packed with so many healthful compounds like vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin B2, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc.
It has so many benefits like protecting and nourishing skin and hair, treating edema, protecting the liver, preventing and treating cancer, treating stomach complaints, fighting against bacterial diseases, making bones healthier, treating mood disorders, protecting the cardiovascular system, treating wounds to heal, and treating asthma and diabetes, improving eye health, improving blood pressure. And also helping against sickle cell and kidney disorders. Now Moringa comes in two forms.
The tea leaf form or the powder form. And many powdered products are, well, tampered with in certain ways. So I'd much rather just go with the organic leaf form.
And by God, please don't buy the tea bags. Tea bags aren't healthy for you at all. Paper tea bags can be coated in dioxin, epichlorohydrin, and bleached in chlorine, which are really bad for your health.
I would just suggest either making it in a teapot or just making it into a pot like this. Sure, I use this pot for many other things like cooking, but it can also be used for brewing tea. So in this same pot, I have three cinnamon sticks to give it that extra flavor and to add to the health effect.
I would suggest not using powdered cinnamon, but if you have to, then find at least an organic kind. And, um, just in case you were wondering, cinnamon has a lot of beneficial aspects to it too. By the way, cinnamon is made by cutting the stems of cinnamon trees.
The inner bark has been extracted and the woody parts are removed. When it dries, it forms strips that curl into rolls called cinnamon sticks. Anyway, cinnamon is loaded with powerful antioxidants such as polyphenols.
