Nice it's pretty empty in this park guess that's not surprising though the sky is a bit cloudy yeah I checked it last night and earlier this week too supposed to be only partly cloudy though this is looking a little cloudier than partly you really think so well I guess I can check really quick but my hands are full you know thank you my love tell me when it loads I know the reception around here isn't the best you got it what's it say you're kidding okay well how long do we have until it rains that soon well then let's hurry up and set things up choose a place darling baby don't give up on our picnic just yet I've already grabbed and prepared everything even though it'll be short I still want you to have some fun today I'll even worry about the cleanup for you to make things easier I just want to make this a good date so come on choose a place over there okay we can do that at least we're pretty close thank you for grabbing some stuff from the store by the way I know it was last minute uh yeah don't even remind me I'll definitely make sure he pays us back I don't know he didn't answer his phone this morning when I called to ask about it I'll just have to wait until after he gets off his shift yeah I'm just excited to see how this will go and to try out your lovely sandwiches I didn't think you'd end up making them for us darling is that why you made them you know you didn't have to worry about those things I told you that I was gonna set everything up and just let me take care of everything next time okay good come here all right is this spot perfect good all right I'll lay the blanket so that you can sit down okay all right there we go I'll pop the cooler open and pull out a drink I'm getting a little thirsty is there anything you want lucky for you I think I put that at the top of the cooler so I'll get that for you right away here you go oh hold on actually I forgot something there I know you prefer a straw sometimes with these cans now you'll be able to drink out of it comfortably it's no problem beautiful like I told you last night I want you to have a perfect first picnic speaking of your first picnic date I've been ready for this moment since you've told me that you've never been on a picnic I mean I still can't believe it and not even as a school activity a summer camp activity I mean something you've done with your friends never well at least you get to experience it with me despite the incoming rain I'll try to make sure we have as much fun as possible anything you want to eat first understandable I'll grab the plates for you I can't wait to start with having a bite of those beautiful sandwiches you made you really made the extra effort to make them look so cute I can only imagine the taste of them yes you even cut them in perfect triangles talk about adorable I just wish I could make sandwiches that taste as good as yours mine always come out tasting funny I'm serious maybe it's because I know my girlfriend made it for me with a lot of love are you saying there's no love in the sandwiches I was gonna say you can't make food taste good without at least a little bit of love here you go my love eat up mmm and it's definitely made with so much love it tastes so good better than I could have imagined you should totally move closer I think you're a little too far yeah come on you can lean against me here there we go and now you can be a little comfier mmm-hmm so good darling are you chilly you've got goosebumps I can see them why didn't you say anything where my jacket is that better good hmm if only I knew it was gonna rain feels like the world doesn't want us to have a picnic today I would have taken you roller skating or something had I known yeah I guess you enjoyed the last time we went good cuz I had a lot of fun especially when I got to teach you to dance a little on skates yeah I'm so glad you were so nervous at first too but you looked so pretty dancing with me on the rink yeah you did if you want we could plan another date there I'd love to dance with you again and maybe teach you some cool tricks good because it was also an excuse to just see you more we've both been getting pretty busy with work and I I told myself I'd stop sneaking into your room so often I'm sure your parents are gonna catch me one of these days yeah and but that's okay I'm sure we'll be able to save some money up for a place soon I was already looking at some apartments the other day yeah you know all the construction for a new complex a few blocks down they finally finished it and the interior supposedly looks very nice do you want to come with well I mean if I pulled some strings I might be able to get a place soon but I think it'd be better if we played it safe and waited a bit don't worry darling I'm just as excited as you by the idea of us living together but let's not rush things that sandwich was amazing thank you dear oh wait a second there's a little mustard on the side of your lip right there here I got it for you hmm tasty what was that weird are you blushing just adorable should I get a napkin for you seems like your sandwich is starting to spill a bit I don't want you to ruin your clothes or anything too late here you go darling all right time to put this away what I told you it was good actually before you finish that let me pour you some water oh really yeah so how many bottles have you drank really well then you're gonna at least take a few sips of this come on here I'll even pour it in your stainless steel cup your favorite one of course I brought it you're more consistent with drinking water when it's from this cup anyway all right let me bring out the straw there drink up dear at least a few sips that's my good girl hey I gotta encourage you I want a hydrated Queen beside me you can be my princess to come closer for another kiss princess come here you're so fucking adorable my cute princess what I thought you liked being my princess you don't want me to sweep you off your feet you think I can't okay let me show you no cuz I can do it like like this see I told you I could do it it was actually a little easier than I thought I could probably carry you all around the park if I wanted all right all right I'll put you down now hmm look at the clouds they're starting to get a bit dense looks like the rain might be coming a little quicker than I thought it would at least we got to eat a little right I'm glad we were able to at least eat a bit just kind of wish I had a parasol but it's so dense it doesn't look like it'll be just a drizzle no no no no we shouldn't risk it we should probably start packing up in five minutes oh and before we do I think I'm gonna enjoy some of the snacks before it's too late here you should try the pretzels I made they taste really good oh yeah your hands are kind of full I can feed it to you here open your mouth hmm there you go mm-hmm oh and it was really crunchy too lots that's good I'm proud I was struggling a little too hard with making all of this yes it took hours I mean I kept messing up with just the ingredients but all that matters now is that we both enjoyed the final result and I definitely will start making big batches of pretzels from now on I might even gift a certain someone some chocolate-covered ones my mom who else she loves chocolate and she likes pretzels so why not I'm sure she'll love them you think so too maybe I will her birthday's coming up and I think some homemade sweets would be nice all right let's see what we have left okay not bad I'm glad I didn't pack that much for us either but yeah I do wish we could have stayed out here longer we should have another picnic sometime we've still got plenty of summer left ahead of us I'm glad you agree you
