First we'll get you into a deep state of relaxation where everything feels safe, warm and comfortable. Then we'll deepen your hypnotic trance, getting you even more suggestible, even more relaxed, before finally plunging your mind into a state of arousal, swimming in a sea of pleasure. Now though there will be a build, I won't be cuing you to orgasm.
This is a time for authentic sexual pleasure. So enjoy yourself to whatever degree comes naturally. After all that, I'll help you out of your trance and share a few words before you go.
Ready? Let's begin. You should now be lying down on your back, hands to the sides.
You'll be in this position for our session, so make sure you get really comfortable. If you ever need to move, you can always make slight adjustments and then go ahead and close your eyes. As I give you instructions, your attention may drift in and out, don't worry about that.
Whatever experience you have is all meant for you, there's no way to do this wrong. If you ever drift away, just come back to the sound of my voice. Now let's start with some breathing.
The breath is a gateway into the mind. It's one of the few things that we can do both consciously and subconsciously. Take a deep breath in through your nose, counting to four as you inhale.
Hold your breath for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth, counting to six as you release any tension or stress that you may be holding on to. Really feel the relaxation that comes with each exhale. Again, take a deep breath in through your nose, one, two, three, four.
Hold for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth, two, three, four. As you release your breath, let go of any stress or tension in your body. Feel the peacefulness and calmness continue to settle in.
One more deep breath in through your nose for a count of four, two, three, four. Holding for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six. With each exhale, allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
Notice how good it feels to relax and let go of stress. Let that feeling wash over you as you breathe deeply and naturally. Let yourself fully embrace this state of relaxation.
It feels so good. Now keep your awareness on your breath without trying to change it. It's perfect as it is.
Notice how your breath feels cool when you inhale. It's like the perfect summer breeze. Notice how warm it feels when you exhale, like a cozy blanket wrapping you up.
But my favorite is the space between. As you end your next inhale, notice that moment where you're just floating, floating before your exhale catches you. And with that exhale, just relax.
And as you end the exhale, float back off the bottom into your inhale. This cycle can be so soothing. Cool, inhale, float.
Warm, exhale, float. Cool, float. Warm, float.
Good, float. Relax, float. Continue breathing, just like that.
I'm sure you're feeling a lot more relaxed already. It feels good, doesn't it? We're going to keep going, diving deeper into a state of calm.
We can carry a lot of tension in the body. We want to release all of the tension we're carrying, so we'll do that by flexing different muscles to capture our stress, then relaxing to let it all float away. Okay.
Focus on your toes for me. Curl them tightly, squeezing them hard. And hold it, hold it, and release.
Feel the tension fade away as your toes relax completely. Now, move your attention to your calves. Tighten your calf muscles by pointing your toes toward your knees, and hold tight as you can.
And release. Relax your calves and feel the tension melting away. Now, tense your thighs by pressing your knees together.
Hold, hold, and release. Let the tension go and feel your thighs relaxing completely as all of the stress escapes from your lower body. And just breathe for a moment, revel in how good it feels to be here, here in this moment, how much better you feel already.
And when you're ready, bring your attention to your stomach. Tighten your ab muscles as if you were about to do a sit-up, and hold, hold, and release. Let your stomach relax and feel the tension dissolve.
Next, clench your fists tightly, physically clutching the remaining tension. Hold, hold, and release. Let your hands relax and feel the tension leave your fingers.
And finally, move your attention to your shoulders. Shrug them up towards your ears, and hold for a few seconds. And release.
Feel the tension melting away from your shoulders and your neck. There we go. Continue your breathing in this nice blanket of calm.
Really relax into your bed. Notice how comfortable it is, how it supports your body. Your body doesn't need to do anything, except be.
Ah, you're doing a wonderful job. Even if it doesn't feel like much, you're doing way more than you know. I know what you've been waiting for, what you've been craving.
This relaxation feels good, but you want it to feel even better. You want to feel arousal. Ah, don't worry.
I haven't forgotten about that. We'll get there. You'll get all of the pleasure you deserve.
