Hello ladies, thank you for joining me. Today I will be showing you the correct and efficient way to successfully extract seminal fluids for a male patient. Research has shown us that frequent milking of seminal fluids leads to more obedient, more submissive, more trainable male patients.

A man who does not have his seminal fluids extracted on a regular schedule has a whole host of behavioural problems. This often requires much more work in the long term, and frankly, in this day and age, in this female led society, is unacceptable. Rehabilitation procedures are costly and time consuming, as simple daily extraction nips all of that in the bud, as it were.

You will need to take notes during this class, as this will be vital to your professional development, and will be a practice you will use often. I have already chosen a patient who I feel will be most educational for you all, as this is an important and vital part of your training. So ladies, if you would like to follow me, I will take you to the extraction ward where today's patient is waiting for us.

Just through here now, ladies. Let me just pull the curtain round. There.

Hello, I'm Dr Mayflower, and I'm here today to undertake your procedure. I have with me a selection of student nurses who will be observing today's extraction. This, of course, will be a valuable learning experience for them, and I trust that you have no grievances with that.

Very good, very good. Okay, okay. As with any patient, ladies, we must start by checking the patient's notes.

This gives you a quick overview of any changes. It also informs you of the patient's temperament, and if any special adjustments need to be made. I can see that our patient has already received his colonic today.

It's important that the rectum is empty and cleared for this procedure. This will prepare the patient mentally and physically, putting him in the mindset that the inevitable will happen. Plus, I just love the thought of them getting all anxious and restless before the procedure actually happens.

It's an additional way to control the male patient, letting them know exactly who is in charge. Now, you will see that on this ward, all of our males are fitted with a collar around their necks, attached to the bed with a chain. See? The chain can simply move across the runners, but is securely fastened.

We will be using further restraints during this procedure, but this collar and chain allows the patient to have some movement and freedom without being able to escape. It also makes transport of the males between departments much easier too. Now, first things first, you will remove any covers or clothing restricting the patient, like so.

All of our patients here wear hospital gowns for purposes such as these, and no underwear. So, simply lifting up this hospital gown will expose the male patient's genitals. You might think it's quite brave that we do not fit our males with devices.

Some wards do choose to do that. However, we have staff watching at all times, so a little masturbation setting isn't going to happen. Isn't that right? Aww, it seems that our patient is starting to get quite bashful already.

My, my dear boy, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. I am a medical professional. Simply instructing other medical professionals how to do a simple procedure.

You want me to relieve the tension in your testicles, don't you? Yes. And how long has it been now, dear boy? My, my, that long! So you're going to be on your best behaviour, aren't you? You're so compliant, aren't you? And you're going to keep on being an obedient patient for me, aren't you? Yes.

Now, ladies, see how I reassure the male patient, reaffirming that the inevitable is going to happen, maintaining my control and dominance over him. Notice how my tone changes when talking to him. You have to speak plainly and simply to a male patient.

Speak slowly and clearly to ensure that he understands what you're asking of him. Yes or no answers. Nothing too complex for their feeble brains.

Emphasising certain words to really get your point across. Do not let them think that they are the ones in control, ladies. Not for a single second.

Now, as you become experienced in male extractions, you will develop your own technique, your own style. But every single procedure starts with a nice fresh pair of gloves. And once these are on, you can start the examination.

Whilst not necessary, you may wish to use medical grade lube for the first part of the examination. To start the examination of the testes, you will lift the penis up with one hand, like so, to ensure that you have full view and access to the testicles. Now, with your other hand, you will grasp one testicle at a time.

Now, watch carefully, ladies, as this will be in your finals. And you'll begin to roll it gently between the thumb and the first finger. That's it.

Now, keep massaging the testicles between your fingers, like so. Watch carefully, ladies. You can check in with the male patient while you're doing this.

Reinforce that he's behaving, that he's doing a good job, that sort of thing. You're being so well behaved, aren't you? Yes.

You're doing so well. Ladies, remember at this stage, it's more important than ever to speak slowly but firm, as the male patient will be starting to become aroused. The blood that would usually process the little cognitive ability that they have has been redirected to his penis.

See how the patient's penis has become erect with my hand? This is exactly the outcome that we expect from the scrotum massage. So, at this stage, we can start massaging the penis too.

There we go. Start with slow, smooth strokes from the base of the penis all the way to the tip, massaging the whole length of the shaft, squeezing, tugging. Now, already we can see a change in our male patient.

He knows that if he's obedient, submissive, he will receive release with his seminal fluid extraction. Male minds are easy to manipulate, to control, as you can see here. All I'm doing is massaging the length of his penis with one hand and massaging the scrotum with the other.

He's already giving in to the procedure. Small little moans and gasps as my hands work up and down. Now, as we move on with the extraction, you will find that your patient tends to get a little carried away.

It's completely involuntary and they can't help it. If you find those noises too distracting, you can fit your male patient with a ball gag. That will quieten them down and will allow you to continue with your job.

Your goal at this point is to not make the patient climax, but instead get them close to that point. So, vary your speeds and your grip. Most male patients find this part the most enjoyable.

Isn't that right? Yes! See how incoherent he is already? Struggling to answer a simple question without his eyes falling into the back of his head.

At this stage, he doesn't care what you're going to do to him. Male brains are so simple and focus solely on their own pleasure. Keep on with the motion, up and down and squeezing, for as long as you feel that your patient needs.

There. Now, once you've stimulated your male patient enough, try and stop the stroking motion just as he hits that brink. Like I said, you don't want the patient to climax just yet, you just want to start the motion so you can collect as much semen as possible later on.

I like to really increase my speed at this point, and then stop. You can see the disappointment in the male patient's eyes at this point, with their penis twitching. You may notice some discolouration of the penis at this point, but don't worry, that is completely normal.

Now, you don't want to waste any further time, so you would assist the patient in sitting up and helping him turn over. From here, that's it. Onto his knees.

Bottom up. His face should be into the pillow. There we go.

Wonderful. Now, at this stage of the procedure, I highly, highly recommend that you use the inbuilt leather restraints attached to all of the male beds, and securely fasten your patient's wrists and ankles. If one of you ladies would like to step forward, I will do this side and you can assist me with the other.

Give them a gentle tug to make sure they're completely secure. That's wonderful. I've heard that the extraction process can feel quite intense.

Some patients find the process intrusive and even quite frightening. A male patient who is not secure is not only a risk to you, but also to himself. He is a risk, a liability, and you do not want that on your professional record.

Now then, once your patient is secure and set, you will see how this is the ideal position because it gives us access to his anus, and then we'll be able to see when their seminal fluids start to extract from the penis. Now, at this point, do not forget to place a bowl under the patient's penis. It will allow us to collect and measure any of the extraction fluid.

You will then just position yourself behind the patient's bottom. If this is a patient's first time having this examination and is particularly tense, I would suggest a relaxant, just to relax the muscles around the sphincter and allow us to insert into the anal canal. Often I feel male patients are just making a fuss for nothing and I just carry on with what needs doing.

With time and experience, you will learn to ignore the male patient and you will just get on with what needs doing, just like I do. Next, I am going to open up the buttocks so we are able to view the patient's anus. I start by filling up my needleless syringe with a lubricant and inserting that into and around the anus.

We will then be using a single index finger, ensuring the finger has been lubricated generously with medical grade lube as well. You can apply more lube throughout this procedure and it's highly recommended that you do so. The tissues inside the anal canal are delicate and ideally we do not want to cause any lasting damage to the male patient.

You will then need to insert your finger slowly until you feel the two ring-like sphincter muscles within his rectum. Now once you're past these, curl your index finger gently downwards towards the patient's abdomen. You will then fill around until you can feel the prostate gland.

You are looking for a round lump around the size of a walnut. And then once found, you will palpitate the prostate from side to side before you move on to applying gentle pressure. As you can see, the male patient has started to react as I massage his prostate with my finger.

Because the prostate is so very close to the bladder and urethra, prostate stimulation can cause the patient to have the urge to urinate. If the patient expresses this need, inform them that this is to be expected during the procedure and to just let you get on with your job. This normally settles them down and allows you to continue.

So keep working that finger inside the rectum like so. There. Wonderful.

Can you see how easily my finger is moving? This shows that our patient is relaxed. I can move my finger in and out of the anal canal with ease, pushing towards the prostate gland and massaging it with my finger.

With the muscles more relaxed, we can now apply more lube and add a second finger into the anal canal. This will allow you to better massage the prostate gland. You'll then repeat the first step with two fingers.

Push your fingers in as far as you can and massage the prostate once again. Insert in, squeeze downwards, massage the prostate. Is that clear ladies? Wonderful.

You'll repeat this step by relieving the pressure, removing your fingers from the anal canal and inserting once again. Each time you may wish to change the position of your fingers, applying various amounts of pressure each time you insert. Now, by applying pressure to the prostate gland directly, we are also putting pressure on the calpus gland.

From your training, you'll know that they are the small pea-sized glands that produce a thick, clear mucus known as pre-ejaculatory fluids. Now, this contains very little seminal fluids, so we must keep going with the procedure. But you may start to see this fluid exit the penis, so at this point you can give the penis a little shake and a tug just to keep everything moving.

But remember ladies, keep your fingers firmly within the anus. Insert in, squeeze downwards, massage the prostate. And keep going.

You'll start to feel less tension as you go, so you can even insert a third or even a fourth finger if you feel that your patient has adjusted. I'm going to insert a third finger now to really open up the anal canal and massage that prostate. There.

See? It's not difficult to relax the patient and you'll find that they adjust very quickly. And all I'm doing with my fingers is the motions that I have mentioned.

Just inserting my fingers in and out of the anus, curling my fingers, squeezing downwards and massaging the prostate. As the third finger inserted into the anus so easily, I am happy that my patient's anal canal is fully relaxed. I'm just going to remove my fingers and now we can move on to draining the seminal vesicles.

Now these are quite deep within the anal canal so at this point our fingers just won't quite reach them. We need a medical aid for this, in the form of a phallic instrument. Now the ones we use here expand at the press of a button, allowing you to adjust for the patient without wasting any time stopping and starting.

We're going to start with it at its default length and width and then move up as we need. We really want to push this deep inside the anal canal, towards the front side of his rectum, to really squeeze and drain his seminal vesicles. So ladies, you are going to take your phallic instrument like so and attach it to the front of your harness, that all doctors and nurses now wear as standard.

If you need to apply more lube, do so now. And at this point you may need to adjust the patient's bed by pressing the foot pedals to move it up and down. Once in position, behind the patient's bottom, start to slowly insert it into the rectum.

Because this is much bigger than our fingers, you will need to start slowly once again, gradually moving in and out, pushing the instrument further each time. There, it doesn't take long for the patient's rectum to adjust to the insertion and you'll soon find that you'll be able to insert the full length of the shaft into the anus with ease. Once adjusted, use the same motion as the prostate massage just a moment ago.

Squeezing forwards towards the belly and moving outwards. A lot of this motion is within the hips, so when you go in, aim for one side of the seminal vesicles and then onto the other with the next. This will ensure both are being stimulated.

Keep to this movement and to this rhythm. You may find it beneficial to praise your patient at this point, even though it's you doing all the work. All is required of them is to stay still.
