Hey, hey, it's me, your conscience. Now why do I have a guy's voice in my head? And you would be right, but let's not talk about that.

I am here to reassure you because I know that you've been having some very bad thoughts about yourself, specifically about your body. And I know, we know, that things seem bad, right? They seem like you don't like your body, you don't like your arms, you don't like your legs, you don't like your tummy, you don't like whatever it is, right?

But you need to understand something, okay? You need to be okay or not okay with your body, it is your choice how you feel. So let's step back for a moment, okay? Let's step back for a minute and really reassess how you feel, but more importantly, why you feel this way, okay?

Keep up, follow me on this. Why do you feel this way about your body? Why don't you like it? Are you not liking it because it is not acceptable to the standards of society? Do you not like it because you are comparing yourself to other people, to other body types? Do you not like it because you have not allowed yourself to love it? These are the questions that you have to ask yourself.

And you must ask these questions, and you must face the truth. You must understand why you don't like your body, or if, in reality, you do like it. You might even love it, you just didn't know that you could love it.

Now, since we've spoken about this already, since we've already looked at maybe why you don't like your body, the next question is, is that truly how you feel? Because, you see, people, they want you to feel alright about your body, they want you to feel happy about it, but as long as you, personally, you, the individual, you don't like it, that's okay too. You don't have to be compliant with what other people think of you, with what other people want you to think.

Now I want you to really concentrate on what I'm saying to you, what I am trying to help you with, okay? What I'm saying is, whatever feeling you're having about yourself, it is completely justified because it is you, it is your feelings. I worry when it is other people's opinions of you that make you feel this way about yourself.

Does that make sense? Nobody should be dictating how you should or should not feel. That is for you to decide.

And depending on what you decide, if you are unhappy with how you look, if you are happy with how you look, you can proceed to build yourself up, your confidence, your self-love, all of these things, but on a spiritual level, with yourself, not with society, not with other people's opinions, but with yourself, because all that matters is how you love yourself and how you view yourself, your respect for yourself. You see, what I mean by all of this is, if you feel unsatisfied with your body, it's okay. Most of us, all of us do.

What's important is learning that you don't have to change your body for anyone else but yourself. If you want to do some exercise, if you want to lose a few pounds, if you want to gain a few pounds, if you want to, whatever you want to do, you do it, but do it for yourself because you're beautiful. And all I want is for you to see yourself how I see you.

To be happy with yourself, and if that takes dropping a couple of pounds, then you can do it. I believe in you so much. If it's realizing that you actually do love how you look exactly how you are right now, then realize it and be happy with that realization.

If it's adding a couple of pounds, do it as well. Whatever you choose, choose it because you've realized it, because you deserve to be okay with who you are and who you could be. But it has to be you, nobody else, just you.

Now, this has been a really good talk, and unfortunately we don't talk a lot, do we? That's okay. I know you're busy.

Life has a way of being very, very busy, right? But I just wanted to drop in and let you know about these things. Hopefully it sheds some light.

Remember, I love you, and I want what's best for you. The absolute best for you. So until next time, ask yourself these questions, ponder them, and really consider what makes you happy, what makes you grateful for what you have, or for what you could be.

It is all up to you. Again, love you. I'll talk to you later.

Bye.
