An Open Marriage

Well hi there. How are you doing? I'm doing swell.

Thanks for asking. Oh you know, just hanging out here, just chilling. What about you? What are you up to? What about you? What are you up to? Well, do you mind if I hang out with you? We can both chill together.

Oh don't worry, he doesn't mind. We're in an open relationship. Well, it just basically means that we're both allowed to still have fun.

Don't get me wrong, we're in love or whatever, but we both understand we're only humans and humans have needs. After all, we did come from animals, didn't we? It's still our instinct to breed.

What about you? Are you in an open relationship? Oh, even better.

No relationship means that you have absolutely no ties to anybody. Tell me, it's been a while now. Does it get easier for you to get your prey in summer? I mean meet the ladies, you know, the willing ones.

I heard that summer makes people more, well, fun. Something about the hot sun and short shorts, those mini skirts, those maxi dresses, those skin-tight dresses. How could one resist? I have no idea.

But anyways, I heard that makes people crave each other more. Can you believe that? I think it's sort of true.

Gets you kind of excited seeing all those people half naked in public. How can you resist yourself? How can you not go up to them and ask them for their number or where they live? Oh no, it's really easy.

We just, well, we both know that, look, 50%, I think it's even higher now, or whatever, 50% of marriages end up in divorce. And it's just a fact. And most of that reason is because we're just with the same person over and over again.

Well, how is that not going to bore you? At some point, you know everything about them, you just fall into this constant routine. And then one day, you cheat on them.

Why? Because you were looking for an escape, some sort of outlet of your everyday kind of lifestyle. Yeah, it's quite sad.

But if people just thought ahead, they would know that we're not supposed to be with one person. I mean, sure, marry the person you love or whatever. But why should the fun stop there? That's why I know I'm sort of lucky with my guy or whatever.

Both love to have fun. You want to know something? He kind of likes when I do this.

He likes watching me. Do you see him watching us? He's right over my shoulder.

Do you want to wave? See that smile? He's so on board.

No, he's not the jealous type. He knows this is not a real thing. It's not love.

It's just lust. Oh, no. Oh, no.

We know about each other's encounters. One time, he didn't know I had someone over. And when he got home, you can imagine his surprise.

You can imagine his face. He was so surprised. He was really happy.

I think he really likes surprises. Anyways, if I didn't freak you out or anything, do you want to go back to our place? Oh, no.

Oh, no. He's not going to come with us. He's going to stay here.

Just look around to see who his next victim is. He'll text me. Don't worry about it.

I swear it. I swear. He doesn't mind.

If you're too scared, then maybe you're just not the type I thought you were. You look so suave and collected. You look like someone who's just trying to have fun.

But, I mean, if you're not into it, then maybe I should just. .. Yeah, it is a really fun experience.

I'm sure you've never done anything like this before. That shows. Well, I'd be happy to make your first time one you'll never forget.

You know, I hope that everybody one day can evolve into this thinking. It's not the 60s. The world is changing.

We're advancing. More and more people are being born every day. What is it? Seven and a half billion people? That many people in the world and people think they can settle down with one person all their life? I don't think so.

How hard would that be? Imagine if, let's say, you had your significant other and it was just you two and I approached you just like I did and told you exactly what I wanted to do.
