A childhood crush. One Night. Two serial killers. The life of an escort is a lonely cold one, and Minjun has embraced it. That is until he runs into a crush from his childhood that twists his world all over again.
Chapter 2. Temco Global was one of South Korea's leading biotechnology companies. They had been in the news quite a lot that week for the falsification of bio-data associated with one of their products formulated to tackle genetic disorders.
Their drug had killed 12 patients, and they were now facing a mountain of lawsuits from both the government and the family of the victims. Pum Suk Park was the 37-year-old CFO of Temco Global. I recognized him the very second the door swung open.
I spent a lot of time watching the news, reading newspapers, blogs, listening to podcasts and radios, making sure I was well-versed in politics around the world, the stock market, oil and gas, the pharmaceutical crisis, real estate global wars, and license amongst countries. Economics and politics ran the world, and the men that could afford me controlled them. Education for me was primary.
I needed to form my opinion about the world to be able to change my clients' opinion over a glass of wine or scotch. If they presented a conservative view, then I was liberal. If they were liberal, then I was conservative.
It was not in a bit to be combative or argumentative, rather intriguing. Knowing just where to blur the lines, it kept them on their toes. Staying informed also allowed me to keep tabs on my clients and potential clients, knowing what was happening in their world, what demons they were facing, and how best to slay them.
Bumsuck Park was losing control over the things in his life, and he had to come to me to regain it. Make yourself comfortable. He gestured towards the long grey sofa in the center of his minimalistic ultra-modern hotel room.
Thank you. I sat, crossing my legs as I slid my silver jacket off. Without making it obvious, my eyes followed him across the room, studying him as he walked to the bar.
Firm man whose world was crumbling, Bumsuck was collected, steady with a fine smile that barely made it across his lips. He was a rather handsome man, to say the least. Tall, fit, dark eyes, broad shoulders, an audacious aura.
A man like that had a deaconess for a wife, two doting children under the ages of seven, a charity for cancer patients, a clean, pristine image that was now being tainted. There was no better fuck than a man with everything to lose, losing it. It was also no more fuck, more dangerous.
Here you go. He offered me a glass of red wine and I took a sip. All of it.
He commanded, just as I was about to put down the glass. I paused and lifted my gaze to his before I continued to drink. His eyes were on me as I drank and I did not blink.
I licked my lips in a childlike manner when I was done. That was how he wanted me to appear. Something innocent he could claim, own, control.
A bit sour for my taste, I lied. He smirked. You will get used to it.
He took out a tiny plastic bag from his pocket containing a white powder that was clearly cocaine, or some other hard drug of the same texture. Thank you, but no. I waved my hand.
I want you to. I smiled. Hard limit.
He walked to his seat and slumped in, legs crossed as he gawked at me. So, what do you do for fun? I asked.
Tennis was what he did for fun. I already knew that from the reckoning duffel bag he left laying lazily by the window. Fun, he chuckled.
Not all of us have it easy like you, Tony. What makes you think I have it easy? All you have to do is take it up your ass and.
.. He made an explosion sound with his mouth. Money, he laughed dryly.
I could get arrested. Prostitution is illegal in this country. He narrowed his eyes at me.
You know who I am. Of course. You're all over the news.
And. .. He sipped his wine.
And? I replied. Your thoughts.
You were trying to be relatable, weren't you? I could be arrested. You could be arrested.
You clearly have certain opinions about me. I am in no position to form opinions about you. I tend not to worry my mind with things like that.
Like I said, you have it easy. Eventually, you will go to prison. I continued blankly.
Yes, he nodded. I'll never go to prison. Why are you so certain? Perks of having men like you up my ass.
I smirked coyly. He laughed, leaning forward. I can see why they're all obsessed with you.
Are they? You know they are. Drop the innocent act.
His smile dropped. You don't want me to. I put down my glass.
He adjusted his tie. The side of his jaw twitched as he took the final gulp of his wine. Take off your clothes.
He said coolly, keeping his eyes on me.
