Aizawa finds out that you want to adopt a pet. He lets you know the pros and cons between dogs and cats to help you make your decision.
Well, now that depends. What are you looking for, specifically, in a pet? Yes, I am here to help you, and I am trying to help you in terms of what you should adopt.
What pet you should adopt. Now in most places they only have cats and dogs. At a few other places they might have birds.
However you need to know the pros and cons of each pet, and what you're willing to give up, because you will be giving up a lot of your freedom. Once you've realized what you're willing to give up, then you can look for a pet. You can't do it the other way around.
It isn't at all right for people to look at pets as just accessories to have in their houses. Pets have souls, they are living beings, and when you decide to adopt one, well, it is a huge responsibility. It becomes your whole world.
That is why I am trying to help you. So what have you been thinking about adopting? I see.
Well, these are the things that I can tell you. For example, you have dogs, right? Dogs, and I am being very general, obviously every single dog is different to the next, but we are talking about general pros and cons of having dogs and cats.
Now for a dog, they are very, how should I say, playful, and that is not to say that cats aren't playful as well, let's just say that dogs are a bit more social than cats. They are more willing to get their belly rubbed, and will love the attention that you give them, and will always be yearning for it. Does that make sense? Good.
Apart from that, they are exceedingly smart and intelligent. They can learn commands, and they can learn a lot of other things that you might find fun teaching them. It also builds a lot of work, but playful in a sense, because while you are working to better them, and to give them skills, they are learning, and they are having fun while doing it.
Hopefully you will too. You do need to understand, however, that for a dog you do need a lot more patience. I feel that in a sense, because cats, well, they are more dependent than dogs are.
For a cat, you really don't have to body train them, at least I've never had to. All the cats I've ever owned, I just set up a litter, and they did everything by instinct. Now dogs, that's a completely different story, and it will be something that you will have to absolutely deal with, so you must be aware of that, and you must be aware that it is very time-consuming.
Now here's the other deal. For cats, I do believe that you really don't need to give them as much attention. They will tell you when they need attention.
Dogs on the other hand, they are more attention-seeking. They are in need of human attention. Now I have given you these two to think about, a cat or a dog.
They will both require vet bills, they will both require toys, they will both require food, water, many other things, but most importantly, they will require love, and that is what makes any pet worth it, because you can give them unconditional love like they will give you. They will always love you, no matter what, and the only reason why I did not mention hamsters or birds or any of those other types is because I truly think that you, right now, what you need is a cat or a dog. I think that one of them will be perfect for you, from what I know about you, and I'm sure that you will be happy with them.
So, it is up to you to decide which one you want, and which one you are willing to have as a pet, but make sure that you think about it carefully, and make sure that you weigh that responsibility, and that you do not take it lightly. Alright, on our way there, you can tell me what you've picked, and then I will help you pick the perfect one. Let's go.
