Sometimes it even evolutionizes the actual quirk. That's what makes it so powerful. For example, if I were to take it, it would make my erasing quirk a lot more potent.

Or, on the other hand, it could even build it onto something else. Something even more underlying of what my quirk has. Does that make sense? Just because you have a fire quirk, if you take the steroid, doesn't mean it's just going to make you even a more potent fire user.

It might be something else. We're not sure yet. We're in the very beginning of this stuff happening, but it's bad.

Very bad. We've had way too many casualties. And these villains, when they take it, they become a lot more powerful.
