Hello, hello, hello everybody. So if you're wondering what you just clicked on, and whatever the fuck you're listening to, the answer is I don't completely know myself. But about 20 minutes ago I thought it would be a good idea, and now here I am sitting in my little recording booth feeling like a fucking dog that just got introduced to a new home for the first time, and it's strange.
I don't know, maybe it's because it's a new audience, maybe it's because I'm in a new little space, or because it's so fucking windy outside that I can hear the wind. And it makes me feel like, surely since I can hear the outside, people outside must be able to hear me, which is nerve-wracking. Something I really don't want.
But yes. Hello. I'll try to explain that a little better.
If you're wondering what this is, this little random ramble, it's something similar to what I would do on Patreon, but I'm not on Patreon anymore. But I would put it as the behind-the-scenes tier, having a little monthly ramble. But I thought that it might be better just to do it for free, because, and you can disagree with me if you want, that's fine, you're allowed to, but this is just my opinion, but in a world where AI and I guess just technology in general is making everything so much faster and so much easier, and all because it's so much cheaper, I think it's only a matter of time before I get outpaced and outmatched by, I don't know, some brand new fucking kid sitting behind his computer.
I guess that's technically still what I am. And so I think that audio creators, okay, well hold up, let me back up. If, right, theoretically, an AI, somebody could type in a few words and create a full-blown fucking audio, I don't know, five years down the road, and a little AI voice will dictate the whole thing, it'll sound just as good as what I do, you'd ask yourself, well, like, why would people ever pay for audios at all anymore, right?
If you can just type one up yourself and have it read to you in the voice that you want, that sounds pretty good, doesn't it, yeah. So I'll make a little analogy. I think for the same reason that you still buy, let's say, like, handmade woodwork or something like that, like a nice piece of furniture that was handmade, yeah, a machine shop or something could probably make one just as good for faster and for cheaper.
But that one was made by a human. These audios are made by a human. And I think it's more important for you guys to, I don't know, see that? Be involved with it in a way, get attached in a way, right? If you watch someone whittle a spoon away and then they give it to you, that spoon has a bit more meaning than just buying one off the shelf.
So I hope that as you watch me, or listen to me, create these audios and see a bit more of the person behind the audios, you'll keep that reason to listen to them. Yeah. Does that make sense? Like, you can answer.
Maybe you can answer me in the comments. Anyways, that's what I was thinking. So instead of making this a behind-the-scenes tier, because I really struggled with a little behind-the-scenes tier.
I would type up stuff, I would do one of these every month, and I kind of felt like I wasn't really giving enough to those people. So I thought I would just do these randomly whenever I want. I'll try to make them short.
Short for me being like half an hour instead of over an hour, like half my audios are. And just as a little way for you to see a bit more of the creator behind the microphone. You're not actually seeing me, but hearing me.
I guess if you want to see me, you can watch me on Twitch or my other YouTube channel, or TikTok or something. All of which I haven't uploaded to in a while because I just finished moving. But here, right on Ocleo, you can still listen to me, and I don't know, if you're listening for free, maybe you'll think, hey, this guy's a piece of shit, I'm going to go find someone else.
I don't know, maybe all my talks about Space Boys will finally convince you to hit that $5 button and go check it out for yourself. I'd love that, I'm sure you'd love that too, but I won't coerce you into it. I'll coerce you into something else instead.
I don't know if that word even applies there, though, because you'd just fall right into it, wouldn't you? Anyways. Yeah.
Hi. Hello. I am Fade by Night, but you can call me Jasper.
That's fine, that's what pretty much everybody calls me, because that's my name, this isn't like the opening of Moby Dick where he says, call me Ishmael, and you're like, well, why? Is that who you are? It's a book that I haven't quite really read all of, but I need to.
My dad said it's one of his favorite books of all time, and it's one of those books where every fucking word matters, and that seems impressive for how big it is. Ah. Yeah, so I won't come into these little rambles with any kind of plan whatsoever, no script, no.
.. I might take notes sometimes, just if I have a good idea of what I want to do, but most of the time, this is going to be like fucking listening to ADHD the podcast, because I will just say something, get a thought while I was in the middle of a sentence, and I might finish that sentence, I might not, I might just take you on that little Willy Wonka boat ride. Good luck.
So I'm sure a lot of the people who will listen to this came over from Patreon, but hopefully, hopefully a lot of them won't be, not as in, they won't listen to it, I hope those people still listen to it, thank you guys, you are very loyal fans and I love you all, but hopefully new people listen to it, that's what I meant, that would be awesome. I like meeting new people. I know that some, some creators, I don't know, I don't know if saying shy away is the right term, are really, really against this kind of a thing, they prefer just to be the mask behind the screen, whether they present themselves as like a, I don't know, character or something, or they try to play out an attitude, and they abhor the word parasocial, but I don't.
I like to think that I'm a good person, and so I see nothing wrong with showing off a bit more of who I am in hopes that you will agree that I'm a good person, I certainly try to be, and if I ever do anything that, I don't know, hurts you, makes you think that that was a little fucked up, maybe you're just insensitive, please, let me know, like no balls, take the gloves off, just let me know right away, hit me hard with it, I can't learn if I don't know, and I like to learn, I want to get better, there was a point in my life where I was a little shit, and I have definitely grown since then, but I like to keep doing it. Anyways, yes, so a lot of creators don't really like that stuff, I'm not saying, I don't know, go ahead and mentally marry me, and obviously, like, I don't know, I can't call you guys my friend the same way that I do call the friends, the same way that I do call my friends friends that I hang out with, but every supporter's support means a lot to me, and I like interacting with you guys, I like reading through all of your comments, I wish there was a way for me to reply to them, because I do like replying to them, and even if I don't, like, incorporate feedback or put in what you want, I do read it, and I hope that you will eventually see that it does kind of weasel its way in there, eventually I know Ocleo has this plan of creating like a Discord integration the same way that Patreon has, and so I have a little Discord server that's left over from Patreon, but it's kind of, I don't know, it's kind of like a wardrobe to Narnia, you can't really get there yet, sorry. So the people that are there are there unless they leave, and then they can't get back in.
Someday that'll change, I hope, I hope they see, I think Discord's important for a lot of the audio creators who came from Patreon, because it really does build a community. I hope Ocleo sees that, I can't imagine it's going to be that hard to just make a bot that auto-adds people, maybe it is difficult. I don't know, I know jack shit about programming, I tried it for a little bit in high school and realized that I really didn't like it, it was like taking away all the best parts of writing.
I'm sure I'd like it a little more now, after many years of engineering, but oh well. Fuck, where was I going, see what I mean? God damn.
I completely fucking lost what I was saying, I paused it, I went back, I listened to myself again. I hope I make more sense to you than I make to myself sometimes. I feel like I've introduced this idea enough, at this point you're like, alright, I listened to an absolute fucking himbo.
I don't think he writes his own scripts, I do, I do, but I do have to write them all, I think if I tried to improv everything it would be an absolute mess. But yeah, hello, I already introduced myself, but I'm Jasper, your local himbo audio creator who likes fantasy and sci-fi and needs more story and should probably put in more smut, oops. So if you were looking for a sad, edgy little emo catboy who purposely lowers his voice and always acts dark and mysterious, there are like hundreds of thousands of them, just go somewhere else.
No, nothing wrong with that, to each their own. So that's not me, this is me, and I hope you enjoy listening to me. At some point I plan to like film these while I talk, I'm holding up my hand where my phone should be, but despite thinking I was all done creating my little recording booth, I'll show it off sometime too, probably in a TikTok, I still need like two more things I think, maybe three more things, I've realized that I didn't actually cover the top of this, I'm standing in like the corner of my living room, because it has like a little indent near the fire, so I'm like walled off that entire area with these sound isolation panels, I have a standing desk, because I've always heard that standing is supposed to be better for voice acting, my fancy little microphone, and then blackout curtains on my right that I draw closed, but the top is open and I can hear an echo, and it's also probably where I hear the wind from, which doesn't help with me recording.
So it's not done yet, so I can't show you, but when it is I will. And maybe you'll see all the little hand gestures and facial expressions I make while I record these. Oh damn, you know I did remember, there was one thing, I keep pausing sorry, there was one thing I wanted to talk about for new people, and maybe a refresher for people who at one point knew what was coming, because it took me for fucking ever to make that last audio, but it felt good, it did!
It wasn't the prettiest recording, it was a very makeshift little studio, this one will be much better. I hope it already sounds much better, maybe not with the echo, if the echo got fixed it'll be okay, but I was really proud of the editing that first bit. But this next one, in case you forgot or in case you haven't ever heard, by the way, whenever I finish three audios at a time, because I have like an order that I release my audios in, it's always a free audio, and it probably doesn't seem like there's an order at all, because up until now I've just been uploading my backlog of audios that I've already made, but there are no more audios to upload on Ocleo, I've uploaded all of them, so I gotta start making them, and hopefully I don't start slowing down like before.
Anyways, yes, I always make three at a time, no, I come up with three, and then I make them one after the other, and then I come up with three more. So I make a free one, I make a $5 one, I make a $10 one. And then once I'm all done with those three, I make a little poll for you guys, with a couple options that I probably already have some plans for, and definitely follow one of the three storylines in one way or another, in case you haven't noticed, at some point in my audios, pretty much every audio started following one of three storylines.
It's either the Space Boys, I almost called that my personal favorite, but I fucking love them all, or either the Space Boys, I guess the Space Boys I really liked because that was my first audio original creation. The other two, the next one being The Curse of Extempore, was a Dungeons and Dragons campaign that I had built for a very long time, so that's not really audio original, can I say that, is that a phrase? But it was a world that I had a story for and I took and turned into a smutty little audio adventure.
And then the last one, what do I call that, Tales from Ivaria, is like my little mental forever world. It's that little fantasy world that I've been working on and recreating ever since I was like 14 or 15 or something. I've talked about it before, I'll talk about it again.
So yeah, one of those three is usually everything I make. Uh, hello, is that a message? It should be.
No. Okay. Anyways, um, yes, one of those three.
And then once I'm all done, I make a poll, like I said. So what just came out was the free one, nice. What's next will be the $5 one.
And this one, I think, oh, let me see if I can find the description that I made for it. Uh, it was a long, it was a long time ago, it was kind of a criminal amount of time ago. Where was it? I believe I titled it The Blackguard.
Uh, do-do-do-do-do-do. Oh, yeah, actually, I send out the poll right before I start working on the third one. So that as soon as I finish the third one, I don't need to like make a poll and then wait for poll results.
I can start working right away. Clever. Thanks.
Uh, where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Oh, my God.
Okay, next audio poll. Here we go. Yes.
Um, The Blackguard. If you are familiar with D&D at all, you might have heard of a Blackguard. Uh, you might have heard of a lot of stuff in Nextempore.
But a Blackguard is a paladin who has become evil, if you know D&D. If you don't, that's totally fine. It'll make sense without that.
A Blackguard is, okay, let me start with what a paladin is. A paladin is a knight of light, justice, and honor. Uh, if you saw the D&D movie, that's that one handsome-looking hunk.
Who is he? D&D movie paladin. Who's the actor? I'm not going to say his name.
I don't know how to say that. Anyways, you just look it up. Um, one of my friends tells me he was in some TV show and just played like a sex maniac or something.
I can't remember. Anyways, uh, yes. Light, justice, honor, all that good stuff.
Supposed to like uphold the law. Kind of like the ultimate knight in shining armor, and they usually have holy magic and shit like that. Serve an ultimate kind of good.
All that stuff. A Blackguard is someone that used to be a paladin and has decided that they're going to use all that power and might and everything for the exact opposite. So they're not.
.. good people. They're not like kind, generous people.
Let me, I'll just read what I wrote, because I think I worded it well. There isn't a facade of toughness with a soft and tender side behind it. The Blackguard is ruthless, brutal, and dangerous.
And if you're caught up with the Curse of Extonpor, you might have heard whispers of him before. I don't know if I should give you a little more insight into that or not, but I think it'll be a script that I have to write carefully, because it's always important in my audios to be very clear with consent. I think early on I kind of blurred that line, and I don't want to do that anymore.
So, especially a lot of platforms, it's just better. I don't know. Me, the platforms, everybody's happier, except for the people that don't want that, but there's other content for them.
Yeah, so to write an evil, cold, calculating character who in this story is a villain, I'll have to think about it. But I do, I have thought about it. It'll be interesting.
It'll be good. I hope you're excited. I hope you're excited.
And then after that, I already closed the fucking window. After that was voted for a redo of one of my very first audios. I think my second audio ever.
No. Third? Second or third? I think it was third.
I think it was third. I think the first one was the college demon, I think the second one was the dragonborn, and the third one was gang-banged by a group of demons. That's.
.. Oh, damn. That's probably only on Reddit right now.
Yeah. But if you check out my link tree, you should be able to find it. No, fuck.
I gotta make a new Reddit. That's into my old Reddit. Oh, damn.
Oh, dear, guys. I'll work on that. But don't worry, that one's still a ways away.
That's not this next audio. It's the one after that. It's something I've been working on.
I actually started talking to the mods to make sure I can make a new Reddit account and then, like, post my old content without them thinking it was a new creator stealing an old creator's content. So I'm going to work on doing that probably this week or next week and then start uploading and hopefully be able to post that kind of soon so you guys actually know what I'm talking about for those that don't. Anyways, yeah.
Like I said, I don't want these to take too long, but I thought, you know, it's exciting. I finally have my little booth set up after I've moved. It's probably the nicest little recording booth I've ever put up for myself considering I did—I guess this is the fourth one.
The third one doesn't really count. That was just, like, for a brief time when I was staying at my parents' and it was just sleeping bags. I'm very proud of it.
I probably spent the most money on it, too. But a lot of that is from you guys, so thank you. And maybe, just saying, you know, maybe if you go check out Space Boys I'll be able to get one or two more things for it.
But I'll record another one of these sometime, especially if you leave little comments for things you want me to talk about in here. Never forget that. Even—I know Ocleo doesn't have, like, a reply feature at the moment, but I read through literally every comment.
It doesn't matter where it is. If it's YouTube, Reddit, Ocleo, Pornhub, anywhere, I will read through every comment, even if all I do is hit the Like button. It'd be kind of difficult for me to reply to all of them, especially when people leave me, like, really long and thoughtful messages.
I feel like I always have to reply in equal length, which at times can feel overwhelming, and so I tell myself I'll do it later, and then I forget. But yes, leave me comments if you have little ideas for these random rambles. And throughout the week I'll probably come up with some notes for myself, whether it's silly little porn games I've played, random thoughts about audios.
I don't know how to, like, spoilery I want to get in these, because, I don't know, I love watching the reactions when you guys get to some twist or reveal or something. But if you have ideas, put them in the comments, and I will read them and at least mentally take them out. But yeah, I hope this was fun.
I'll see you—ah! Let me try that again. You're such a good fucking girl for me, you know that, don't you? Oh, is that a mean way to end it? Is it? I'm lucky for you, though.
You can just scroll down a little bit, click play on the next thing you see, and hear my same voice coaxing you to slide your hand down between your needy legs to that tender, pretty pussy.
