5 minutes With every breath in, I want you to now imagine that you are filling your lungs and your body with positive, relaxing energy. While you hold your breath, this energy will replace all tensions and negative energies in your body. And when you breathe out, the tensions and negative energies will be pushed out of your body.

Focus on it and feel your body relaxing more and more. Each cycle of breaths is continuing to make you feel better and better, making you feel safe while all of your everyday worries and stresses leave your body. You know that I have only the best intentions and that you can trust me and that I will take good care of you throughout this entire journey.

Breathe easily, settle back, take a well-deserved rest and just unwind. Your mind is going to go on a little magical journey. Allow me to guide you.

5 minutes Continue to breathe naturally, relaxing you more and taking you deeper. Now just imagine standing on a pier by the sea. There is a little luxurious boat that is waiting for you.

This boat will carry you to a wonderful place deep inside of your own mind where fantasies come to life and pleasure awaits. The boat is only 10 steps away from you. I will now count from 10 to 1 10.

With each number you will take a step towards the boat. When the count reaches 1, you will take the last step onto the boat and your journey will begin. 10.

Your first step. The sun is gently warming your skin. Going down the ramp towards the boat.

You find a perfect spot on the boat to lie down. It is filled with soft cushions and a nice comfy blanket. Settle yourself in this sweet spot and adjust yourself a little bit here and there.

So soft, so warm, so comfortable. As you look straight up into the sky you see small fluffy clouds slowly passing by. You watch them come and go one by one, cloud by cloud.

It is so relaxing as you sink down more and more into calm, paying attention to the sound of the waves coming and going rhythmically. Just the same as the clouds that slowly float by one by one. The sun and your blanket are embracing you in a gentle warmth.

It is so relaxing that you begin to feel a bit sleepy and taking a small nap would be so refreshing. You can't help yourself, you just feel yourself wanting to drift into a light sleep. This is the perfect atmosphere, the perfect place, the perfect opportunity to just rest and dream.

Watch the clouds, listen to the waves, feel the warmth from the sun, the warmth in the air. Gently slip down into a wonderful dream. Slipping down into a wonderful dream.

As you stand there and just feel the waves, you start to notice that you feel each wave arrive a bit more intensely than before. As the water flowing around your feet bring your senses slowly alive, you start to wonder what would happen if you would just walk into the gently moving ocean.
