At the end of this, you will be guided to a restful sleep. Set your alarm if needed, turn out any lights, and crawl into bed. Settle into calm.

Close your eyelids down. Take in a deep breath and exhale slowly. Feel the breath flow freely over your body.

Allow your body to sink as you let the wave of relaxation flow. With each breath, inhale deeply. As you lie back more, settle down deeper.

Settle deeper. Feel the bed as it cradles you and allow yourself to be held. Give up any sense of supporting yourself.

You are safe, you are supported. And with every exhale now, feel your breath slowing down. With every exhale, surrender as you sink softly and sweetly into your bed.

With every breath, allow your body to unwind more, to sink down more. Closing off the real world, simply feel the breath simply be. And with the next full deep breath, feel your mind begin to empty.

And with each breath now, as you relax, your mind will continue to empty, going blank. Ready to release the thoughts from the day and the real world, and ready to bring in new thoughts, new experiences. Separating yourself now from the real world, creating a new reality in your safe space.

Continuing to breathe, focusing in on my voice, and continuing to allow your mind to empty, until all you can feel is pure and calm, as a meditative cave inside of your mind begins to appear. And as you continue to take deep breaths, the cave becomes more clear, more visible, more defined as it fades into your reality. Embrace this empty space, this empty cave, the meditative cave inside of your mind.

Clear, empty, peaceful, relaxing, calming, quiet. You see the cave so clearly. The clear walls, the clear floor, clean, clear, spacious, empty.

Feel your breath flow. And in this darkness, embrace this space. Feel the breath flow and gently echo inside of you.

As your mind switches to clear, calm, allow this tranquility to spread throughout your entire head and down your body, over and over now. You begin to hear the whispers of the waves of an ocean which you do not see. You hear the waves of this ocean faintly as the waves come in and go back out.

And you feel the door to the cave of your mind open and the waves get louder and reveals a scene of a serene beach and a beautiful ocean. The ocean waves louder, rolling rhythmically. Dune grass rustles in the wind.

You feel the ocean air blow in through the doorway. Fresh, salty air. Just the right temperature.

And you feel now the soft breeze billow across your body. Up and down your body. Fresh, salty air.

So energizing and causes you to tingle as the air flows more freely within you and around you. The air flowing more deeply in this space. And you decide to walk out of the cave to get more of that salty sea air.

And out of the cave now. The sun close to setting. The blue sky subtly changing colors, standing close to the water's edge.

You sink into the atmosphere, looking out to the ocean. You feel the openness, the privacy of this beach. Watch the waves come in and go back out.

Mesmerized by the ocean waves coming in and out. Watching the colors change in the ocean as the sun sets lower. Soon to set completely.

The sky changing colors. Orange, pink, yellow. The sun setting down more and more.

At the count of zero, the sun will be fully set. Feeling the rhythm of the ocean waves. As if they are penetrating into you.

You hear the rhythm of the waves and the deep silence between each one. The sun close to setting. The blue sky subtly changing colors as it is near sunset.

Changing the color of the gorgeous turquoise water. Your skin feeling the breath of the breeze of the night air. Let the air breathe over you.

As darkness falls, the moon is full and orange, a blood moon. Zero. Gaze calmly upwards to the night sky as the stars begin to appear.

Over the ocean, the glittery stars shine. The stars glitter and shine over the night ocean. The night ocean, silver under the shine of the stars.

Like little tiny diamonds dazzling so bright. Your breaths become longer and deeper as you breathe in and out. Deep breaths of the ocean air.

Taking in the ocean air. And you notice now the silence of the ocean. Sudden silence.

More calm than before. So still. And a sudden gust of wind approaches and rushes past you, almost seemingly going through you.

You feel it like a silver edge, bringing with it new energy. You feel a tingling over your skin. You feel the tingles now running up and down you.

Feeling like tiny delicate female fingertips gently caressing your energy center up and down. The ocean now completely calm. Alive, but silent.

And as it is all so quiet, you hear your own breath even more. And you feel your breath more deeply now. As each breath builds momentum and activates energy within you.

Your breath's so intense and powerful now, it ripples across the sea, the land, the sky. Extending into the infinite universe, making waves. You put one hand on your heart and breathe in the crisp, clean, fresh air.

Feeling its life-giving properties as you inhale the promise of good things to come. Feel your breath. Feel the change within you, revving up your energy centers.

Your breath comes in and brings life, force, energy. You breathe out that which does not serve you, making space for new in and out. And in the night air, you feel the air go even further into your body.

And it appears now a mist is forming from your breath. And you see it in the air, a mist. And in the stillness and quiet, a crack opens in the night sky.

And through the black blanket of night, a sliver of silver light appears. And out of it forms a teeny, tiny ball of white light. It has the appearance of a distant star.

As you inhale, feeling the energy within you. As you exhale, feeling the increased energy around you. And as you feel each breath greater than the last, you continue to breathe deeply until you feel your breath is greater than your body itself.

And now you notice a shimmering, glowing ball of white light hovering a few feet above the top of your head, with the appearance of a distant star. A teeny, tiny ball of light, including many, many bright and sparkling colors, just gently floating in midair. This tiny ball of white light radiating energy and light of many colors with no one color dominating the other.

No one color is apparent, it is just a mix of sparkles of colors. The ball of radiant, healing light slowly begins to open, and now you begin to feel a slight, warming sensation on top of your head from this ball of light. And you become aware of a tingling of the radiant vibrations coming from this tiny, white ball of light that begins to shine more brightly as it hovers over you.

This tiny ball of light slowly begins to grow in size. As it begins to expand, shining more and more brightly, you become more aware of the radiant quality of this illuminating object. See the glowing light, see its radiant warmth, and listen for you can possibly hear its faint vibrations.

As it grows larger and larger, hear and feel its faint vibrations. As it continues to grow larger and larger, giving off a more brilliant light as it enlarges, and as it grows to the size of a large ball, you instinctively become aware of its healing qualities, sensing that its radiant energy dissolve any discomfort, both mentally and physically, revitalize and energize as it hovers there, just above your head. Glowing even more brightly, you feel yourself drawn to this healing energy more and more, knowing that its healing qualities have no limitations and has no boundaries.

When it comes to flushing toxins and negative thoughts, and you really want to immerse yourself in this radiant energy, to bask in its purity, knowing that you can only benefit from its wonderful healing properties, and you look forward to feeling more of the radiant light showering you with a dose of health and vibrant energy. You feel a more vibrant, comforting warmth opening your chakras, washing your chakras, cleansing your chakras, and re-energizing your entire system. And showering you gently with its pure healing light, and balance and release and charge energy that will cleanse and heal every part of you.
