Find a comfortable seat or lie down for this meditation. Or if you feel inspired and want to take a meditative walk, that works too. Wherever you are, let yourself relax into this moment.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh out through your mouth. And in through your nose and out through your mouth, noticing if you're holding on to any tension in your shoulders and gently letting that go with the breath. Notice any tension in your face or your jaw, breathing it in and out the best that you can, and relaxing into this exploratory space where we can open up, examine, and create connections with these final three signs of the zodiac along the astrological wheel.

We begin with the cardinal earth sign of Capricorn. This energy is grounded, practical, like all earth signs, and it takes charge like all cardinal signs. Capricorn is ruled by the planet Saturn, which represents a fatherly figure that asks us to be disciplined.

But not just disciplined for the sake of discipline's sake. Saturn wants us to take living purposefully, seriously. Sometimes Saturn brings on restrictions or limitations so that we can find what's truly important to us, what is truly supportive, and what structures are needed to sustain us in a long-term way moving forward.

The sign of Capricorn brings up the energy of ambition and goals, of seriousness. In the body, Capricorn rules the joints and the skeletal system, these core pieces that set up the frame for our lives and give us the ability to move forward. Because of course, the skeleton and joints aren't just a structure that sticks us in one place, but actually allows for the bending of our bones in an aligned way that makes easeful movement possible.

So I invite you to bring your hands to your bones, your joints, these places of solidity, and then availability to bend and move. Appreciate all of your bones, all of your skeleton, and all of your joints. Take a moment to connect with your elbows, your wrists, your knees.

I invite you to ask yourself the question, with whatever project or relationship or piece of your career you are focused on right now, where is discipline needed? Where would more structure be helpful? And what restrictions might you place on yourself that are actually for the good of all involved, not as a punishment, but as a kind of wisdom?

Once we have the structures in place to support our forward motion through the influence of Capricorn, we move into the fixed air sign of Aquarius. So again, we return to the stubbornness of the fixed sign that wants to sustain something, that is not known for its flexibility, but rather known for being analytical, original, humanitarian, yet independent. Connected to freedom and the intellect, Aquarius is a sign that wants to change the world, a sign that sees the world as a collective, and yet at the same time as a collection of unique individuals that should be celebrated and respected.

In the body, Aquarius represents the ankles, calves, shins, and the circulatory system. We are moving down the body to the calves and shins, very fixed energy here. And yet, the ankles are flexible, the joints that connect the earthbound feet to the rest of the body, surrounded by air.

Aquarian energy is a go-between of these perspectives, fixed energy being very different than air energy but striking a balance between the two. The circulatory system sends oxygen, nutrients, hormones, and blood cells to all of the cells in the body. It's what allows us to maintain homeostasis within the body.

And this is representative of Aquarius, moving between the collective and the individual. How to be a part of something bigger than us, while also maintaining our unique purpose, our individuality. How to maintain homeostasis between those two things.

This is what I invite you to consider in terms of your career, your relationships, your creative projects, your life. What is the balance between your own self, your sovereignty and individuality, while being open to the needs and desires of the collective, of something bigger than you. Allow any insights or images, symbols or feelings to enter your field and inform you.

Finally, we move into the last sign of the zodiac, Pisces, a mutable water sign, which is all about transition and the spaces in between. The energy of Pisces is emotional, like all water signs, impressionable, this kind of gooey essence that lives in the transformational space of ending one cycle and beginning the next. It can be helpful to think of Pisces like the caterpillar having created a chrysalis in which to dissolve into goo before becoming a butterfly.

This is a part of our process. It could be the falling apart into tears, the feeling lost that happens before a breakthrough. It can also be dissolving into intuition, spiritual connection, something deeper, something unseen, in your dreams or what happens when you're in creative, artistic brain and time isn't moving the way that it normally does, but feels multidimensional.

I invite you to invoke this side of yourself, this multidimensional, dreamy, creative side of yourself, and bring that feeling into whichever area of life you're focusing on. To breathe deep into your body, deep into the body parts that Pisces represents, the feet and the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system helps the body get rid of toxins and waste.

It transports an interstitial fluid called lymph through the body that carries infection-fighting white blood cells to aid this process. So Pisces isn't afraid to carry and recycle what's not needed in the transformation process, to dissolve what isn't working so that something better can be created in a new cycle, informed by the wisdom and the learning that you've gained through the previous eleven signs of the zodiac. Pisces also connects to the feet, representing the balance between the spiritual and the physical.

So I invite you to ask yourself, am I grounded not only in the practical realities of my life, but also in my emotional life, my spiritual life, and connection to something bigger? How integrated are those energies within me, and what is ready to be transformed? You can use your hands to brush towards your heart, helping this lymphatic movement occur.

Brush softly from your neck, moving down towards the heart. You can move from your armpits toward the heart, up your legs and thighs, and your belly towards the heart, in the direction that the lymph wants to flow. And if it's available to you, connect to your feet as you breathe in and connect to the balance between physical and spiritual.

Appreciate yourself for moving through these energy expressions, this wheel, this cycle, integrating the lessons from each sign as you live out your days. The beautiful thing about astrology is that there is always another cycle. We can look at these large cycles like the full year, but we can also look at moon cycles.

We can look at periods of time when a planet is in a particular sign. These are all opportunities for us to learn, to grow, to love ourselves and one another more truly and fiercely and wholeheartedly. Appreciate all of these energies present in you, from Aries to Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.

We are blessed with all of these energies inside us and outside of us, archetypes that we can play with as we become who we were meant to be. Take a deep breath, and let it go. And another deep breath, and let it go.

Letting all of these learnings and insights sink into your being, and now gently wiggle your fingers and toes, open your eyes, and come back to your day. Thank you for taking this journey with me. Satsang with Mooji www.mooji.org.
