I want you now to take a slow, deep breath in and out for me. Focus on my voice, fixate on my voice, narrowing in on the sound of my voice, and only my voice. All other sounds fade away.

All thoughts begin to fade away. Your world right now fading away. All that exists right now is you and me, me and you, just us.

And all you hear right now is my voice. And all you focus on hearing right now is my voice. All you feel right now is my voice in your ears.

All you have right now is my voice, that's right. My voice is all you have, it's all you need. My voice, just my voice.

Focus on my voice, the way my voice sounds, the way I say words, the way the words I say make you feel. If my voice were a color, what color would my voice be? See my voice as that color as it enters your body softly going into your ears, traveling up to the top of your head gently, slowly taking hold, and it feels so good, moving through all of your head, my voice slowly filling you, moving through your head, my voice and flowing gently down and seeping into your neck, into your chest, and my voice moving gently, slowly down each shoulder at the same time, down, down, down, down, and my voice moving slowly down your arms and into your hands and my voice filling each finger and your thumbs, and my voice moving down your lower back and your tummy and down your hip area and gently moving down, down into your legs and your feet and into each toe, my soothing hypnotic voice taking hold of you, taking ownership of you, filling you gently, sweetly, bringing with it calm and relaxation, such peace you find from my voice, you find that my voice becomes you, just focus on my voice and the familiar way that it lulls you, my voice makes you feel so relaxed because it is so soothing, your thoughts melt without any effort on your part, relaxing deeper and deeper as you fall for my voice, falling further and further, allowing my voice to scoop you up and carry you away, becoming so captivated by my voice, sinking deeper as you listen to my voice, feeling my voice enveloping you, enveloping your entire mind and body, my voice wrapping around you, you just focus on every single word I say and you focus on every single syllable within each word I say and as you focus on each word that I say now, you find it might be difficult for you to recall what I said before, you could maybe remember what I said before, but it might seem like too much effort or too confusing to remember what I just said before, what I am saying right now, and that is because you are so focused on what I am saying now that you can't focus enough to remember what I said before, but that is okay because you don't need to remember what I said before, you don't need to focus at all, you don't need to concentrate, you just need to listen, that's it, just listen and allow my words to take hold of you, and allow my words to sink into you, and allow my words to wrap around you, allowing my words to envelop you, allow my words to just work their magic, just follow and fixate on each and every word that comes out of my mouth and flows into your ears and into your body, my words become you, my words become you, my words become you, that's right, and just so you know, the more my words take hold of your mind, the less you have a mind for the moment, and what I mean is, the less you think, you aren't thinking because my words are thinking for you, you just do as my words tell you to do, my words just pushing all thoughts to a tiny corner of your mind as my words become your thoughts and take up that space, your thoughts are going to sleep as my thoughts are moving in, for now, you can have your thoughts back later after this is over, but not now, put them aside, that's right, push your thoughts to the side until this is over, make room for my thoughts, and only my thoughts, and as you do this, your mind goes more blank and more empty, blank
