Just breathing naturally and comfortably. You are breathing steady and rhythmic and your muscles don't feel like moving. You may begin to notice how your body is becoming more relaxed.

Your entire body needs to be and remain very comfortable to feel that relaxation settle on you without even ever really noticing how relaxed you already are as you are sinking down into a wonderful state of trance. Feeling each breath become almost sweetly heavy. If your eyes are not already closed, please close them now.

Now relax the muscles around your eyes. Good. Relax the muscles.

All of those tiny muscles around your eyes need to be relaxed. Relaxing all of those tiny muscles around your eyes completely. Just relax those tiny muscles.

Continue to keep your eyes closed. And now, while your eyes remain closed, I want you to raise your eyebrows up and down. And up and down, your eyes remain closed.

Just showing how relaxed your eyes feel. All of those tiny muscles around your eyes relax as they stay closed. Perfect.

Now you can stop moving your eyebrows and just keep your eyes closed. Continue to allow those tiny muscles around your eyes to relax. Now, imagine a wave of relaxation.

And it slowly ripples, gently and slowly, entering through the top of your head, all the way through your head, a rippling wave as it gently ripples and travels down and through your neck. And this gentle relaxation travels down your arms and your fingers, and down your chest, and your back, and your stomach, and your torso, and your legs, and your feet, and your toes. Gently relaxing you.

Good. Now in a moment, I'm going to tell you to open your eyes. This time I want you to open your eyes fully.

And I wonder which side of your body relaxes first. And once one side relaxes, how quickly will it affect the other side. And this is just the beginning.
