Welcome, find a comfortable seat, take a lying down position or any other position that feels right to you as you experience this guided meditation through the Zodiac. As you settle, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Take a moment to let any tension and stress that you're holding from the day be breathed out of you.

No need to try too hard, just allow whatever you don't need to let go as you sink deeper into this presence with your breath and your body. We're going to be exploring three signs today as we continue to move through the astrological wheel. We begin with the sign of Libra.

Libra is a cardinal air sign, which means that it is a sign of going first, of getting things started, of new beginnings, especially in air-focused aspects like thinking, communication, forming opinions, and judgments. As you may know, the symbol associated with Libra is the scales, representing balance and justice. Libra is all about relationships, partnership, being diplomatic, and finding harmony.

As you move anything forward, there will be people involved, whether that's people you're in relationship with, clients that you're serving, audience members, vendors, lovers, friends, or family. At some point, we are in relationship with other people, and this is where we get to really practice how to hold space, taking care of what we need and also respecting what other people need. It is where we practice not giving any one person undue influence or power, especially if that influence or power is harmful.

This is about finding harmony and balance. Libra is connected to a wide swath of body parts, the kidneys, skin, the lower back, and buttocks. There are some metaphors for us here.

Part of what the kidneys do is filter out what isn't needed, determining what is toxic, which becomes liquid waste, and what minerals need to be kept and recirculated in the blood. This is how the kidneys keep us in balance. The skin does this in its own way, acting as a barrier between the inner you and the outside world, keeping things in their proper place.

When we think of the natural curves of our spine, they are also in balance. A curve one way is counterbalanced in the other direction. For example, the lower back and buttocks balance the chest and the head.

I invite you to bring your hands to your skin, maybe hugging yourself and feeling the skin on your arms, whether directly or through the shirt you're wearing. Feeling the skin on your chest, maybe even connecting to your back, your kidneys, lower back, and buttocks. Connect with these places in gratitude for the balance that they bring, and consider what that means for your life, your project, your career, whatever's on your mind.

Is there anything in terms of relationships that feels out of balance, that feels like an overstepping of boundaries, that feels unfair, or where you're experiencing a lack of cooperation? Venus, the ruler of Libra, likes to see things in balance, in harmony, and to create beauty wherever it can. Create the energy of Libra to help you understand where the scales are upset, and what actions you can take to restore balance.

And now moving into Scorpio, which carries the persistence and stubbornness of a fixed sign, but also the dynamism and emotionality of water. Scorpio is ruled by the planets Pluto and Mars, so there is an intensity that comes with it. Pluto represents transformation, rebirth, renewal, bringing the shadow to the light.

And Mars represents taking action, war, the fighter. With all of this, Scorpio brings the feeling of being resourceful, brave, passionate, assertive, always searching for the truth, and being unafraid to lead from the truth. In our bodies, it's represented by the reproductive system and your reproductive organs, these givers of pleasure and life that have been relegated to the shadows in much of modern culture.

These organs that have power and mystery and transformational capabilities. Let yourself bring attention to that area, and allow yourself to feel the power in your reproductive organs, your reproductive system, in a way that feels good to you. We all have different levels of comfort and connection to these areas.

Some of us have experienced trauma in these areas. So take care of yourself, but also call your power back. Breathe in any parts of you that have been stolen, taken from you, or that you have consciously or unconsciously given up.

Take deep breaths in to bring that power back to yourself. This can apply to sexuality, but also to whatever else you've been thinking about during this meditation. It could be in your career, or your relationships.

Call back your power to transform, to get to the truth, to be passionate, brave, and resourceful. Call all of that back into you now, and allow any messages to come through about what that might look like in your life, career, or relationships. Send some appreciation to your reproductive system and sexual organs for all of their power and pleasure.

Now moving into Sagittarius, which is a mutable fire sign, so it's flexible and also fast like fire. Ruled by Jupiter, the planet of wisdom, philosophy, and abundance. The sign of Sagittarius is generous, idealistic, curious, likes to travel and explore new things.

Once again, whether or not you have planets in Sagittarius, Sagittarius does rule a part of your chart and an aspect of your world. Ultimately, like all signs, it's really just an archetypal energy that we can work with. Sagittarius is so much about the power and the will to move forward, and is connected to the hips and the thighs, representing the optimism and will to keep going.

Sagittarius is also represented by the liver, which, with over 500 functions in our bodies, plays many roles. The liver is part of our metabolism, creates important proteins and enzymes, filters the blood, stores glycogen, vitamins and minerals, and a lot more. It's really key to our whole body functioning.

From a spiritual perspective, the liver is sometimes referred to as the seat of the soul. So I invite you to connect your hands with your liver, which is located on the right side of your abdomen, under the lower ribs, appreciating the deep wisdom and many functions of your liver. And I invite you to bring your hands to your hips and your thighs, bringing a sense of forward momentum to this area.

Take a few deep breaths into the space between your hips, loosening up anything stuck or stagnant. Imagine yourself moving forward in leaps and bounds in your life, your relationships, your career. What are you curious to explore, discover? What are your ideals and how can you move toward them boldly and with fiery passion? Breathe forward momentum and passion into your whole body, into your arms, hands, feet, your chest, your face, and appreciate yourself for going on this journey today.

Consider that you may want to write down any insights that you want to remember from what Libra, Scorpio, or Sagittarius had to show you after we come out of this meditation. Now take a final deep breath in, wiggle your fingers and toes, and come gently back into your day.
