Hello gorgeous, I hope your day was full and you had some unexpected pleasures and delightful moments. Take a moment to think about the best part of your day, the first thing that comes to your mind. There, that's it.

As amazing as it was, it's time for the next chapter of your day's journey. It's time to relax and unwind. This is time exclusively for you.

I'm going to pamper you with my voice, because you deserve it. You are beautiful on the inside and outside. I love that each day you work on being your best.

I know there's a spark in you, a drive, and a fire that's burning for love, hope, and connection. You're in the middle of living your best life. No matter what circumstances you're in, you have all the power over you and your feelings.

You're in charge, the commander, the director, the boss, the queen. My role is to remind you of your greatness, keep you humble, and to let you know I really appreciate who you are and how you light up a room every time you walk in. You're the breath of fresh air that breathes new life into every situation you come across.

How you can change your frequency when something or someone unpleasant comes your way. Life is 10% what is thrown at you and 90% how you choose to deal with it. Okay, it's time to get comfortable and relax.

Lie down on your bed or sofa and give a good stretch. Raise your arms above your head and elongate your entire body. Breathe easy, really relax into this.

Stretch out those beautiful legs of yours, point your toes, lengthen your torso, and breathe into the spaces inside your body. Imagine a golden light is illuminating from within you, starting at your toes, moving up your feet to your shins and calves. The warm light is moving up to your knees and thighs.

It's now at your hips and butt, working its way up your spine. Feel the tingle as the golden light moves up your back and chest, down your arms, and up into your head. Feel the light gently resting on the crown of your head.

This is your crown, since you are royal, regal, and loved. Now I'm going to tell you a story about a young woman who should have been crowned the queen by the tender age of 17. She was the sole heir of a king and queen that ruled with great love for their land and their people.

That was the natural order of things, but there was much jealousy and envy around her. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Her parents, the king and queen, had a hard time having children.

After seven miscarriages, the king was frustrated with his wife, and she was very sad and unhappy that she wasn't able to produce children. She blamed herself and became fairly ill. Her depression took a toll on her in every way imaginable.

She lost weight, stopped eating, was very tense and stressed. The king, however, loved her unconditionally. She was the love of his life.

They would keep trying until it happened. The royal court's doctor had prescribed several herbs and changed their eating habits to encourage a healthy pregnancy. After days, months, and years of trying, the king's wife, queen, was with child.

This time, it was a successful pregnancy. They were both filled with joy and hoped for the future. The royal court had been praying for a boy to succeed his father, but the king and queen did not care.

They were elated that their first child was coming into the world, and they were truly happy to have a boy or a girl. She spent two weeks past full term, and the delivery was very difficult. After 24 hours of a painful labor, the child was born.

It was a beautiful girl, and the king and queen were so happy. They finally had the baby that they'd been praying for. After all the trials, emotional pain, and miscarriages, they had a future heir to the throne.

Unfortunately, there was much blood loss, and with the queen's ill health and compromised immune system, she passed away only two days after delivering their daughter. The king was distraught. It was tragic for him and everyone.

This was such a terrible loss for him, losing his wife and queen, mother of their newborn child. The country was also terribly sad. They loved their queen and felt terrible for their king.

What would he do? Would he remarry, find another bride to help raise this child? There were rumors in the royal court that he wasn't fit to raise this child.

Although a great warrior and leader of his people, the king didn't have a clue with what to do. But the king was stubborn and determined. He would put all his energy into raising his girl to become queen.

A queen that all the people would love and cherish as they did her mother. The king rejected other brides and thoughts of remarrying. He ordered the royal court to stop their foolishness and to let him be.

He would remain without a bride for the rest of his days and focus solely on raising his daughter. This turned out to be his greatest achievement. He taught her about the importance of leadership and how to serve the people of their great land.

He warned her of the many great temptations that come with a throne. With great power comes even greater responsibility. He also told her to watch for those around her that tried to influence her decisions that may or may not have the people's best interest in mind.

There were daily lessons on history, language, math, science, and the arts, painting, music, and dance. The king poured his knowledge, heart and soul into his daughter. She was becoming a beautiful and smart young woman.

Her face like Botticelli's Venus, and her body perfectly proportioned and built. Her skin radiated and her eyes sparkled. Her physical presence electrified every room she walked into.

Her mind and wit were very sharp, and she was a fantastic strategist and communicator. Unfortunately, there was a small, envious group inside the royal court. They weren't happy that they were overlooked for various powerful positions.

Their greed and need for power and control was enormous. They conspired to poison the king and his daughter, which would then put the king's nephew on the throne. This conspiring group had total control over the young nephew, and with him in place, they would be able to change the laws and have all the power that they craved for so long.

The plan was in place, and the king's meal was poisoned on the night of his daughter's 17th birthday. His daughter's meal was poisoned also, but she chose not to eat her dinner, for she had had a late lunch. The king fell very ill and passed away suddenly in the middle of the night.

Word got out that the king had been poisoned, and the conspirators framed his daughter. They claimed she knew the meal was poisoned, and that's why she didn't eat with her father, the king. That she wanted to be queen, and knew with her father out of the way, she would be crowned queen.

She was heartbroken, and couldn't believe these false accusations were gaining momentum throughout the land. All the people loved their king dearly, and were disturbed by the news of his murder and that his daughter possibly killed him. There was a trial, and the daughter was found guilty of murdering the king.

Punishment should have been death, but they chose to make an example of her and cast her out of the kingdom forever. She left the royal palace wearing rags and walking barefoot. Her reputation had been destroyed.

The injustice was devastating. The people lined up on either side of the street, cheered at her, spit on her, and threatened to kill her if she ever came back. The nephew was crowned king, and the murderous few in the royal court had full control over the land now.

The country mourned the loss of their great king, and now what everyone dreaded had to occur. Their new king, the dead king's nephew, was spoiled, ungrateful, and an ignorant fool. He had taken the throne, and misused it.

He threw wild, extravagant parties, and overspent in areas that had nothing to do with the well-being of the people. The new royal court was thrilled. They were overtaxing the people and hoarding all of the spoils and riches for themselves.

The exiled young woman, who should be queen, found solace and comfort outside the boundaries of the kingdom's walls. There she befriended good people, honest people that believed in her. She taught them all the lessons that her father had taught her about history, language, science, and the arts.

Word traveled quickly to the people in the outskirts that the knowledgeable old king's daughter was teaching and sharing everything she had learned. Her father, the king, had taught her well. She was serving her people.

She was giving back. She was single-handedly educating them, teaching others how to teach as well. She didn't realize it, but she was building a movement, a positive and educated force to be reckoned with.

Back in the palace, things were on a downward slide. It did not take long for the country to be mired in debt, turmoil, chaos, and disorder due to the young king's lack of anything resembling humility, leadership, and good decisions. Unbeknownst to the conspirators, there was a witness that saw what really happened.
